A Study On Basic Theories Of Campus Culture In Higher Institutes

Along with the university gradually from the margin to the center of society,especially the profound change in development of higher education in china and the development of campus culture in higher institutes itself,which urgently need to strengthen the research on the basic theory of campus culture in higher institutes.This paper deeply study the essence,structure,value,development and construction of five basic theory of campus culture in higher institutes through systematic research,multidisciplinary study and literature search,solving some key problems among them and constructing the basic theoretical system of campus culture in higher institutes.This paper raises the issues from time background,analysis the related literatures and brings forward the framework,ideas of the study and its methods,especially discusses on the connotation of campus culture in higher institutes and its research accordings,and clarifies the internal relations among five basic theories.To realize the essence of campus culture in higher institutes must start from the connotation of campus culture in higher institutes,then study the essence of campus culture from the essence and the nature of campus culture in higher institutes itself,and the relation between campus culture in higher institutes and people,obtaining the essence of campus culture be “enlighten people”,an view of promoting all-round development of campus people.The structure modes of campus culture in higher institutes mainly include major structure,hierarchy and stative structure.While this paper study the value of campus culture in higher institutes,first analysis the function of campus culture connect with cultural force as two value types of campus culture in higher institutes,and deems the function of campus culture is the potential value of campus culture and the cultural force is the significant value of campus culture,the relations between the function of campus culture and cultural power is the relations between the potential value and the significant value.This paper not only discusses the origin and vicissitude of campus culture in higher institutes but also illustrates the driving force of its development.and deems that the emergence and development of campus culture in western higher institutes belong to “the endogenous”,the emergence and development of campus culture in china higher institutes belong to “the exogenous”,The basic contradiction of campus culture in higher institutes is the essential force to push forward its development,while innovation is the inner force.This paper discusses on logic dialectical relations in construction of campus culture,analysis the principles in construction of campus culture in higher institute,explores the countermeasures of campus culture construction in higher institutes as a focal point,and proposes some pertinence countermeasures,The proposed countermeasures are listed as follows: firstly,to conduct an overall planning and strengthen rational consciousness of campus culture in higher institutes;secondly,to enrich campus mental structure and promote an all-round development of campus culture in higher institutes;thirdly,to introduce the concept of ecologicalization and boost the harmonious development of campus culture in higher institutes;fourthly,to implement social control and guide a health development of campus culture in higher institutes;fifthly,to construct innovation culture and upgrade the development level of campus culture in higher institutes;finally,to build cultural characteristics and elevate the competitiveness of campus culture in higher institutes.
