Research On Students’ Behaviors By Campus Culture

Campus culture is a school after a long-term development formed jointly by members of the school to comply with, and get the assimilation of the sum of value system, the code of conduct and ethics, is mainly reflected in historical and cultural heritage, culture tastes. It mainly includes material culture, spiritual culture and system culture. Campus culture on ideological and political education of the school, the school’s reform, development and stability has a great impact, on the behavior of college students is having the effect that cannot replace other cultures. Campus culture guides students to establish correct philosophy,worldview, values,for the students’ good personality and behavior habits, outstanding historical cultural inheritance, national culture roots research are of precipitation. But due to the openness of the campus culture, the development of society and the impact of the globalization, campus culture more or less influenced by various aspects, college students as the main body of university, naturally the behavior will be affected by certain influence.This paper, taking Gannan Normal University campus culture as the research object,through interview method and questionnaire survey, from the campus material culture, spirit culture,system culture to explore the positive effect of campus culture on college students’ behavior, on the whole grasp the current status of Gannan Normal University development of campus culture,analyses existing problems in Gannan Normal University college campus culture construction,actively explore for the path of cultivating the college students’ good behavior to develop campus culture development.The article consists of five parts:The fist part,instruction.mainly elaborates the research background, significance of writing the paper, the summary of domestic and foreign research, research evaluation, and briefly introduces research methods and the innovation of this research.The second part,gives a simple overview on the university campus culture, provides a brief introduction to the definition of campus culture, concept and characteristics of develop education and behavior develop education. And explain the meaning of campus culture influence on student’s behavior and function.The third part, based on questionnaire survey and interviews,analyse advantage of the current campus culture on college students’ behavior. From the coordination of campus material culture and spiritual culture, the systematicness of the campus culture, personalization of campus culture,cultural background, system construction and the overall planning, detailed analyse the influence on student’s behavior in the construction of campus culture. And points out that Gannan Normal College problems in campus culture. According to the actual circumstance of the school and reflecting of problem to find out the root cause of the problem, analyse its reason.The fourth part, explores the path of the construction of campus culture to promote college students’ behavior. From strengthening the construction of characteristic campus material culture,improving the good campus spiritual culture construction, tstrengthening the construction of systemic system of campus culture, and learning from at home and abroad excellent campus culture, etc.,put forward the path to develop the campus culture construction to cultivate college students’ good behavior.The fifth part, conclusion. Summarize the main points of this article, analyse the deficiency of the article, put forward the direction of future efforts.
