of Chinese-Western combined talents in modern times,it can be seen that the purpose of education is always changing as the society develops.Consequently,due to the humanity pursuing and society developing,both Chinese and Western are pursuing the cultivation of harmonious persons permanently.Marxism brings scientific Methodology to education science.It reveals scientifically the sociality of education purpose as per the basic principle of historical materialism;and provides the socialistic education purpose and proposes an idea of men’s all-round development as per the objective rules of society development and the society attribute of socialism.The Marxist concept on all-round development contains the educational thought of “harmonious person” cultivation;therefore,it is the theoretical basis that our country enacts education purpose.The Central CCP’s Resolution on Several Great Issues of Building Harmonious Solution issued in the fourth plenary session of the 16 th CPC Central Committee in October 2016 proposed the decision of building socialist harmonious society,which is a major strategic measure enacted by CPC from the standpoint of international and domestic development.It not only mirrors the objective requirement of Reform and Opening and society development,but also indicates the fundamental interest and common aspiration of the broad masses of the people.The education gist of our country raised in the report of the 16 th CPC Central Committee insists on that the education should serve the socialist modernization construction and the people,should take moral establishment and people cultivation as its fundamental task,and should cultivate the socialist builders and successors who are all-roundly developed in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic.Only the education purpose that meets the objective requirement of society development has progressiveness and produces significant effect in practice.“Harmony” should be an indispensable content of the education purpose to cultivate the socialist builders and successors who are all-roundly developed in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic because it regards the Marxism men’s all-round and free development as theoretical basis.However,in current school education,the national education purpose is usually undermined and the cultivated persons are usually “unharmonious” due to the “isolation between 5-dimension educations(morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetic and labor)”,and relatively weaker in value rationality but relatively stronger in knowledge education.Accordingly,once again this paper proposes a research on cultivating harmonious persons.People have the nature of multi-dimensional relationship and own the ability to establish a comprehensive relationship;hence,school education should give them correct ideological guidance to help the complete development of integrity of human relations and form good habits.Existing studies have shown that: The dual separation between Yu(space)and Zhou(time)results in inefficient extensive recognition for harmonious person;the neglect to time-dimension harmony results in inadequate application of Chinese traditional philosophy thought.The Yin-Yang harmony concept in the Book of Change is a historical product,but it still has practical significance nowadays for its Sheng-Sheng,Qiong-Bian and Dui-Ying concepts have Yin-Yang complementary relation with the science,development and competition concepts advocated in the school talent cultivation today.The general universe view featured by Sheng-Sheng involves the educatees in multi-dimensional practical relations,thus,people shall use yin-yang harmony theory and principle to further understand the importance and imminence of target realization of cultivating all-round developed talents in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic through harmonious relations.It is what this paper casts sight on.The yin-yang harmony emphasizes on the unity of man and nature,the interdependence,inter-complementation and inter-transformation between the two sides of things,as well as the methodology like Shi-Zhong.This is beneficial to adhering to Marxism concept of men’s all-round development so as to drive the education purpose back to the correct cultivation way of all-round development in morality,intelligence,physique and aesthetic.This paper has five chapters and concentrates on two issues,one is what kind of harmonious person the school should cultivate,and the other is how to cultivate harmonious persons in school.About the definition of harmonious person,based on existing studies and similar conceptions,this paper defines the harmonious persons to be the people who are all-roundly developed in morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetic and labor,and meanwhile have robust spirit of ceaseless self-improvement and broad mind of noble virtue.Harmonious person extensively includes 3-dimension and 9-orientation between education resource,space and time.Hereinto,the education resource contains the three dimensions of knowledge resource,intelligence resource and human resource,the space covers the three dimensions of natural space,social space and self space,and the time involves the three dimensions of biological time,social time and psychological time.It features that it can be all-roundly developed in the multi-aspect development establishment and the reconciling process between their relations;it concerns the complexity of the relation of human living as colony,and its value lies in the reconciliation of complex relations and the prominence of human colony attribute.The relation reconciling is the basis of harmonious persons whose existence significance is to ascertain their own positions and values in the relations.In accordance with the Yin-Yang harmony concept of emphasis on harmony and life in the Book of Change,the cultivation of harmonious person in school must utilize the assistance of element he(harmony),stresses the variable of trend and stimulates the creativity of life.The responsible subject of school education needs to put the educatees into comprehensive relation network,offer them with correct theory guidance step by step as planned,help them to establish complete relations with space,time and education resource,and furthermore enable them to form proper behavioral habit as per correct thought.The cultivation paths are:(1)the science education and humanity education should alternate with each other;(2)straight-line development education and recycle education should join together;(3)common education and individual education should inter-contain each other. |
