Study On The Present Situation And The Countermeasure Of Harmonious Education In Jiangxi Province

The development of the harmony education constitutes an important portion ofthe whole society's harmony development, it also plays as a powerful support for theconstruction of the harmony society. Following the principle of "Theoretical analysis—Empirical analysis—Countermeasure", this dissertation discusses the presentsituation and the countermeasures of the harmony education development in Jiangxiprovince comprehensively, in the hope of paving the way for the harmony educationdevelopment in Jiangxi province then improve the harmony level of the wholesociety, even its utility can be spread to the whole nation.Firstly, it reconstructs the theory framework of the harmony education. Itproposes a brand-new interpretation of the harmony education based on the analysisof the origin as well as the modern connotation of the harmony education. It thendiscusses the exterior mechanism of the harmony education systematically from theangle of fostering other social-subsystems and social justice by education. Inaccordance with. the different goals, it later puts forward the level theory of internalharmony of education.Secondly, it analyzes the present situation of the harmony educationdevelopment in Jiangxi: By calculating the average years of education and theeducation Gini Coefficient since 1990, we find that the education develops quicklyand tends to be fair in Jiangxi. With the co-integration analysis of the educationdevelopment and the economy growth, the result reflects that the educationdevelopment and the economy growth change balanced in long-term in Jiangxi.According to the regression analysis of the education development and the incomegap, we draw a conclusion that the education fails to reduce the income gap inJiangxi. By the comparative analysis of the education development in different areas,between urban and rural areas, as well as the educational structure, it reflects thatthere are many unharmonious factors in the internal development of education inJiangxi.Finally, it provides countermeasures to foster the harmony education in Jiangxi.Only by setting up and carrying out the view of scientific development, establishingthe harmony educational administration system, enlarging the education investment,optimizing resources disposition, promoting education justice, supporting weak andadvancing information education can we achieve the goal of harmony education.
