The Chinese communist party put forward an idea of constructing harmonious society in the Chinese communist party 16 sessions of four CCP plenary conferences. Although harmonious society has profuse connotation, equity is essential condition in constructing harmonious society. No society-equity, no harmonious society. Education equity is one of important content in society-equity, which plays a great role in constructing harmonious society. The Chinese Communist Party 16 sessions of six CCP plenary conferences mentioned that we must gives priory development to the education and promote education equity in " Decision about Many Major Issue of Construction Socialism Harmonious Society ". In the recent social policy and in the formulation of education policy, the trend has already appeared that the traditional education policy paying more great attention to the efficiency is being transformed the education policy paying more great attention to equity. Education equity is becoming to the most basic foundational ethics in our contemporary education policy.Therefore, The paper carries on the fairly detailed analysis to the education equity from the reality to the theory unifying Chinese national condition , points out the harmonious education equity view should be the main education equity view in our country at present and for a long time and proposes measures in order to promote harmonious education equity.The paper is mainly composed by five parts. The first part points out that the research on harmonious educational equality has fairly vital significance to the harmonious society's construction. The second part studies the educational unfairness and the reason in our present country. The third part carries on the theoretical analysis to the education equity and proves the education equity meaning, essential, the characteristic, the basic question as well as principle of assigning education resources. The fourth part proposes that the harmonious education equity view should be the main education equity view in our country at present and for a long time. The fifth part proposes measures in order to promote harmonious education equity.In summary, the intensive demand of the harmonious education equity in China exactly manifests the request of the socialism modernization, perfecting socialism market economy, constructing the socialism harmonious society and the world tendency of educational reform.
