Traditional Xibe nationality music culture comes into shape in virtue of daily communication activities concerning ties of kinship,patriarchal relations and natural sentiment.Such conditions enable people to acquire their own music cultural tradition in a natural and free way.As time changes,popular music culture attached to commercial value permeates into every aspect of people's lives,and western music and its educational institution have been deeply rooted in Chinese schooling.While the incipient method of musical inheritance,"oral teaching that inspires true understanding within",is on its way out of social mainstream as performers shift.Apparently,it's indispensable for the rambling prototype of traditional Xibe nationality musical culture's development to be fortified,due to its instability,with conscious life pattern and inheritance system.School musical teaching has been therefore valued as the main approach of succeeding musical culture for its delicate curriculum design,systematic organization and specific objective.Yet how to implement school teaching feasibly and efficiently? Correspondingly,the paper is conceived of and supported by school-based teaching material.The Research on the development of School-based Teaching Material for the Cultural Inheritance of National Music aim to answer and solve the content system consisted of problem chains.Such as what does it based to develop the school-based teaching material? What kind of school-based teaching material should be developed? How to devolop? What kind of school-based teaching material should be firmed and how to improve it in teaching implementation? Regarding the school-based action research initiated by researchers as realizing apporach,the thesis will be presented by the following eight sections of four parts.In the first part,the theoretical explanation of school-based textbook development based on music cultural inheritance will be presented.The orientation of school-based textbook development should be defined when confirming and collating these three relationships.They are the school-based curriculum and school-based teaching material,authorized teaching material of Ministry of Education,local teaching material and school-based teaching material,the Music school-based textbook development and school-based textbook development based on music cultural inheritance.By the direction of the cultural consciousness theory,the cultural philosophy model,the cultural analysis theory and the research of teaching material theory,the paper analyzes and discusses ideal objectives,content construction,structural features and appraisal analysis of Music cultural inheritance in the process of school-based textbook development,which lays the theoretical foundation and practical reference for the action research of teaching material development.The second part is about the value pursuit and concept construction of Xibe Nationality Music school-based textbook development.In the process of understanding Xibe Nationality Music Culture as the common value of national culture and the special value of ethnic music culture,the research certainly again affirms its value.The study forms the core concept and concept implication with the value of the development of teaching materials,and at the same time puts it into the development of teaching materials selection.The third part mainly talks about the content selection and presentation form the Xibe Nationality Music school-based textbookl development.In the development of action,the study gets through three processes to complete the selection of the teaching content,which is long and full of data collection,equality and integration of collective deliberation process,tortuous and repeated content sorting process,and forms content area filled with feelings and appreciation,expression and creation,music and culture.To further determine the style,content structure and layout of the Xibe Nationality Music school-based textbook writing,in early 2017,there is the name for Xibe Nationality music school-based teaching materials--National Music Family Rhyme Singing Heritage of Middle and Primary School Students of Xibe Nationality Music Culture Reader.In the fourth part,the teaching tast and discuss of the Xibe Nationality Music school-based textbook development will be discussed.The research carries out its teaching practice for four months at AiXinSheLi Town middle school and central primary school where Xibe Nationality teachers and students are relatively concentrated.Connected with the teaching characteristics and the way of cultural hertiage of Xibe Nationality Music,the practice discovers and summarizes the problems and makes them improve by surrounding with topic units,putting particular emphasis on teaching situation,and aiming at teaching desigh filled with teachers' character.The paper further realizes and introspects the importance and significance of Xibe Nationality Music on inheriting Xibe Nationality Music Culture through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the above,on the theoretical level,the paper forms the values and ideas,principles and methods,content selection basises and approaches,structural logic and organization,and instructional design and strategies,the evaluation of school-based textbook which are based on school-based textbook development of the cultural inheritance of national music,so as to enrich the theoretical discussion of music school-based textbook development.On the realistic level,the thesis realizes the practice orientation from “finding the song of hometown” to “teaching the song ”.
