Research On The Implementation Method And Application Of Post Knowledge Push System

Knowledge push is a high-efficiency way of knowledge service. It has a wide research background in the field of knowledge management. Nowadays, the phenomenon that employees' knowledge requirement is hard to be satisfied is common to be seen when the enterprises carry out knowledge innovation activities and management decision analysis. The root cause of this phenomenonis is not the shortage of knowledge resources, but a lack of an effective knowledge transfer mechanism to push the necessary knowledge to the targeted staffs or posts in time. Traditional enterprise's knowledge push systems generally regard the employees as the objects and push the knowledge to the employees directly. However, along with the knowledge explosion and the changes of employees' posts, this kind of knowledge push system which regards the individuals as the objects to push knowledge has met practicalproblems in enterprises'application. If the system regards the individuals as the push objects, knowledge push system needs to analyse each employee's knowledge requirement, which is a heavy workload and which process is very complicated due to the high degree of individuality. Through a mass of practical research and some related data analysis, it can be found that there are some similar job responsibilities among some different posts, and these posts' knowledge requirements to support the job responsibility are usually unchanged for a long time. Therefore, the system regards each post of the enterpriseas as the object to push knowledge, analyse posts' knowledge requirements, and push the needed knowledge to the targeted post, which can not only reduce the workloads of knowledge requirement analysis, but also structure the enterprise's knowledge, thus improve the enterprise's knowledge management.Now, some experts and scholars have paid attention to the related research fieldof knowledge push and havegot some achievements. However,there is lack of research on knowledge push based on post, and if any, it is not a systematic research system. What's more, concrete knowledge push method and technology are lacking as well as the evaluation of knowledge push effect. Therefore, it is necessary to formally propose the concept of post knowledge push, and deeply study the implement methods and application of knowledge push system, which is of important practicaland theoretical significance. This thesis mainly achieves following several aspects of the research:First, related concept definitions of post knowledge push are presented and a general framework for the structure of post knowledge push system is proposed. Details include that analysing and defining some related concepts containing knowledge push, knowledge push system and post knowledge push; defining the difference between knowledge push and knowledge share, and the difference between knowledge push system and management information system; providing a general framework for post knowledge push system which has several function modules including knowledge portal, knowledge requirement analysis, knowledge matching, knowledge acquisition, knowledge push, background portal, post maintenance, post knowledge maintenance and knowledge template maintenance.Second, the knowledge push method based on different knowledge requirements for post is proposed. Two methods for knowledge push are proposed, aimed at necessary knowledge requirement for post and personalized knowledge requirement. One is a general knowledge push method based on the attribute similarity, the other is a particular knowledge push method based on VSM.Third, the key technologies for realizing the post knowledge push system are proposed. Several key technologies are proposed, aimed at how to realize the post knowledge push system, mainly including knowledge storage technology based on structuring the post knowledge, knowledge standardization technology based on knowledge template, knowledgeindex technology based on post code and knowledge retrieval and extractive technology based on knowledge correlation.Fourth, the method for evaluating the effect of post knowledge push is proposed. In order to track the effect of post knowledge push timely,thus improve the satisfaction of post knowledge push, an index system for evaluating the effect of post knowledge push is structured. In addition, on that basis of the method for confirming subjective and objective weight of each evaluation indexes, the method for evaluating the post knowledge push effect based on fuzzy information processing is proposed.Fifth, a system prototype of post knowledge push system for BSR enterprise is designed, developed and applied.From analysing the knowledge requirement of BSR enterprise, a post knowledge push system for BSR enterpriseis developed using realization method and key techonolgies of the post knowledge push system, which has achieved good application effect.The proposed realization method and application of post knowledge push system in this thesis provide guidance and reference in theory, methodology and technology to enterpriseson the construction of post knowledge push system.Also, it is of value reference for enterprises to improve the knowledge managementl.
