Research And Application Of Enterprise Knowledge Demand Measurement

Knowledge management has already been an important area of the enterprise organization. With the rapid development of information technology, enterprise organization is not only satisfied with the qualitative evaluation, but also need the quantitative evaluation of the organization’s knowledge. This article focuses on the evaluation of enterprise organization’s knowledge staff, builds the knowledge structural model, gives some evaluation methods of the knowledge and then finds out the knowledge gap and pushes the right knowledge to the right person according to different knowledge gaps.This article firstly builds the knowledge structural model to show the staff’s knowledge by knowledge tree. Secondly, this article uses three dimensional knowledge evaluation space to evaluate the knowledge of the staff. The three dimensions are theory, skill and experience. Finally, after the evaluation of all the knowledge points and weight of all edges the whole knowledge tree can be evaluated.On the basis of the evaluation result of staff’s knowledge, ways of finding the knowledge gap are put forward. One is focused on the differences of knowledge points between the staff and the position. The other one is more comprehensive by adding the consideration of knowledge system. After finding out the knowledge gap, this article builds a knowledge push system to push knowledge to the right person at the right time.Finally, this article set an employee from a water company of Tianjin as an example by questionnaire survey and interview. Build the knowledge structural model of this company, evaluate the knowledge of the employee, and then find out the knowledge gap to test the theory and methods. Last but not least, give some recommendation of this employee to improve his knowledge level and the company’s management.
