Nowadays,Chinese economy become to the new normal development period,an important feature is the transformation of economic driving force,innovation rose to the height of the national strategy.Service industry as the third industry in the new normal economic structure adjustment of the proportion gradually increased has become an important driving force for economic growth,increasing labor and employment.Service innovation is a strong guarantee to maintain the core competitiveness of service enterprises,many large enterprises will focus on service innovation.In the current environment,the visible resources are decreasing and the demand is increasing,the knowledge becomes the important magic weapon to understand and integrate these resources.The management of knowledge can greatly increase the efficiency and function of enterprise service innovation.This article from the point of view of knowledge management of research service innovation mechanism,combined with the innovation of the classic theory and knowledge management theory,analysis of the process of service innovation,to explore the factors affecting service innovation,for enterprises to improve competitiveness,provide a theoretical support.The specific research work is as follows:Firstly,knowledge management and service innovation of the literature review,pointed out the relevant theoretical basis,clear the problem studied in this paper;secondly,the knowledge management activities in different subjects from the service innovation in the process of analyzing the relationship between knowledge management and service innovation;and factors of service innovation are described,summarized the mode of service innovation,the establishment of driving model of service innovation based on knowledge management;fourth,defines the connotation of influence factors of service innovation performance and dimensions,construction of knowledge management of service innovation influencing factors model,and put forward the research hypothesis;fifth,through the empirical analysis method and structural equation model survey questionnaire,research to verify the proposed hypothesis,followed by mechanism design;sixth,using multi-agent interactive dynamic influence diagram method to make decision analysis,and then discusses the mechanism of service innovation.In this article,the following conclusions are obtained by theoretical research,empirical research and decision analysis:(1)The emergence and implementation of service innovation,in essence,can not be separated from the creation and flow of knowledge.The interaction between service enterprises and customers is the basis of knowledge acquisition,creation,transfer and application.Knowledge plays an important role in service innovation,and it is the source of innovation.The purpose of knowledge management is to promote service innovation.In every aspect of service innovation constitute a four dimension model,are inseparable from the knowledge activities,so the innovation of constructed driven model based on the service innovation of knowledge management,knowledge management and service innovation of the interaction.(2)The three stages of the application of is given based on the literature research and investigation in knowledge creation,knowledge transfer,the concept of knowledge storage and definition and the dimension division,through the observation of enterprise innovation process,generated from the service concept,service innovation and development,service innovation,analysis of the mechanism of intellectual activity influences the service innovation,based on the constructed a conceptual model of knowledge management and service innovation performance and put forward hypothesis.The driving factors of service innovation process by influencing the factors of knowledge management,and then affect the performance of service innovation.The factors influencing the innovation process of the driving service enterprises are mainly including four aspects:technical factors,organizational strategy factors,enterprise employee factors and customer factors.And the elements of knowledge management mainly include three aspects:knowledge creation,knowledge transfer and knowledge storage.Through the empirical study,it is proved that the driving factors of service innovation affect the service innovation performance through the factors of knowledge management,and the results support the theoretical hypothesis.(3)To build multi-agent decision model,using multi agent interactive dynamic influence diagram method,service enterprises,customers and suppliers as service innovation for the three participants into the model to solve,to give the enterprise innovation strategy.Enterprises in making a decision shall be sufficient communication with customers and suppliers,understand their thoughts and actions in different phases of service innovation in,and then the decision is revised,in order to improve the effect of service innovation.(4)The mechanism of service innovation is composed of external mechanism and internal mechanism.The external mechanism of enterprises including resource management mechanism and risk management mechanism,the enterprise shall try to get all kinds of resources available to service innovation activities,establishing a good resource management system to better integrate and use of resources;establish and improve all kinds of risk identification,control mechanism,many aspects to prevent risks that may be encountered.The internal mechanism of the enterprise includes three aspects:the guiding mechanism,the incentive mechanism,the safeguard mechanism.Among them,the guiding mechanism is mainly driven by the corporate culture,by the enterprise executives to implement,good corporate culture and excellent leadership can greatly promote the efficiency of service innovation.The incentive mechanism consists of two parts,the external and internal incentives;the external and internal incentives are complementary to each other.Security mechanism,including organizational structure of security,system security and resource security,flat organization structure,enterprise develop innovative system and proper authorization can greatly promote the development of service innovation.From the conclusion of this article we can know,good knowledge management is an effective way to improve the ability of service innovation and reduce the risk of service innovation,good effect of knowledge management of enterprises can be long-term to maintain the competitive advantage,the invincible.The objective of this paper is to discuss the mechanism of knowledge management influence on Enterprise Service Innovation and service innovation is not only helpful to enhance the ability of enterprise's service innovation and helpful to perfect the theory system of knowledge management,under the background of knowledge economy,the enterprise of our country especially technology type enterprise service innovation practice provides a good theoretical reference.
