Research On Evolution Of The E-Commerce Service Industry Agglomeration District

E-commerce services is an important representative of the modern service industry, in the "Internet plus" era background, service agglomeration district of e-commerce has become an important way of all levels of government to promote regional economic transformation and rapid growth. From the theoretical point of view, e-commerce service industry cluster theory relates to many fields of economics, management, computer science, etc., with multidisciplinary characteristics of its utilization of the cluster theory of economic theory, self-organization theory, mechanism design theory, e-commerce service agglomeration district development theory in-depth study, can promote the development of the service economy and other new economic theory; the practical significance in terms of the development of e-commerce services in the community to reduce transaction costs and promote social economic innovation and promoting socio-economic change, has important strategic significance for national economic development. In the current context of economic restructuring and upgrading, the development of the theory of e-commerce service agglomeration district in-depth study, can promote regional industrial upgrading, promote economic growth, improve the city's economic function, enhance regional competitiveness.The thesis is mainly on the following aspects of work:(1) Formation mechanism for the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district.At first, the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district system is divided into three interacting modules and the system structure of the industry agglomeration district is analyzed. And then from the perspective of self organization theory, the evolution process of the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district is divided into two stages as self creation and self evolution, the self organization mechanism of the industry agglomeration district is analyzed. At last, from the perspective of be organized theory, the promoting effect of the external force from government departments is analyzed. Studies have shown that the self organization process to create e-commerce service industry agglomeration district is the very process of cultivating the agglomeration nuclear, and the formation process of the enterprise community with the potential role of agglomeration power, the self organization evolution process of the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district is the very process of promoting the generation of leading industry with competition and cooperation, and the process of the formation of the agglomeration district system in the control of dominant industry. The government departments act as the external force play an important role in promoting the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district, but the government departments should not intervene the agglomeration development process excessively.(2) Evolution of enterprise cooperative innovation Bbehavior with strong reciprocity.Firstly, a model for evolution of enterprise cooperative innovation behavior with strong reciprocity theory was established. Enterprises were divided into three types cooperators, speculators and reciprocators. The basic evolutionary game model was analyzed, and two equilibrium solutions were fund by solving the replicator dynamic equations. The evolution model with relax conditions was analyzed by simulation, and a new equilibrium was found. The results show that strong reciprocity behavior can be generated by evolution and it can suppress speculate behavior in the cooperative innovation system. The three type of enterprises can coexist and form the evolutionary stable strategies (ESS).The results provide a basis for decision making in enterprise cooperation innovation organization and help promote further development for enterprise cooperative innovation theory.(3) Simulation of entrepreneurial support policy evolution for the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district.Research on the policy simulation of entrepreneurial support for the e-commerce service industry agglomeration district based on ABMS method. Firstly, the attributes of the policy agents and environment variables were analyzed, And the relevant static and dynamic models were established, several different entrepreneurial support for policy options were studied by simulation method with Netlogo software. The results show that the government can introduce incubators and venture capital institutions, give directly or indirect subsidies to the entrepreneurial teams and start-ups, set up government venture capital fund to play a leverage, encourage the development of research cooperation to promote innovation and other related support policies to promote the development of e-commerce service industry agglomeration district entrepreneurial ecosystem. Government should develop entrepreneurial support policies with depth understanding of the region's socio-economic and cultural environment, compare a variety of possible policy and select the policy with the best desired results. The results help promote further development for public policy analysis theory and contribute to develop a scientific and effective entrepreneurial support policy.
