Research On Supporting Policies Of Modern Service Industry In Nan'an District Of Chongqing

According to the international comparative law,when the per capita GDP exceeds 5,000 US dollars,the society begins to enter a post-industrial society characterized by informationization and knowledge-based.Modern service industries such as business services,financial services and information services have become the main force to promote the accelerated development of service industry and the development of industrial transformation.With the rapid rise of inland open highlands,labor-intensive industries in the eastern coastal areas are shifting westward,Chongqing's strategic position in China is constantly upgraded,the transformation of economic development mode and the adjustment of industrial structure will be accelerated,which provides a favorable opportunity for the rapid development of modern service industry in the South Bank region.At present,Nan'an District is in the process of adjusting the economic center of gravity and transferring the original industries.It is urgent to break through the existing industrial areas,give full play to the basic advantages,accelerate the accumulation of factors,realize the characteristic development,and reverse the situation of Industrial Hollowing caused by the withdrawal of manufacturing industry.Therefore,the study of the existing system of modern service industry in Nan'an District,the existing problems of modern service industry,and put forward policy suggestions for the optimization of local economic development has practical significance.This paper takes the existing system of modern service industry in Nan'an District as the object of study.By using the methods of literature review and Huffindar index statistics,the paper qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates the application effect of the existing system of modern service industry,and finds out the modern clothes in Nan'an District by combining the geographical advantages and the current economic development situation of Nan'an District.The existing problems in the service industry are analyzed objectively by SWOT analysis method.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the modern service industry in Nanan District are analyzed objectively,and practical policy suggestions are provided for guiding the future development direction of the modern service industry,such as cultivating and developing key industries,optimizing the regional development environment,and strengthening the enterprise brand cultivation camp.Marketing capacity,establishing multi-level talents service platform and other policy suggestions.
