| Based on coal production as the core,coal industry supply chain is a complex network which goes through from processing,storage and transportation to the final consumption.Although coal industry supply chain provides services for energy production and consumption,it is also energy-consuming as its effects on environment has become the focus of energy conservation and emission reduction.With more intensive control on carbon emissions at the international level,the study of low-carbon operations on coal industry supply chain has developed into a subject closely relevant to sustainable development.Having the coal industry supply chain and its low-carbon operations as the object and the target,this paper aims to study the framework of low-carbon operations on coal industry supply chain combined with information collaboration,which provides theoretical basis and decision-making reference for coal industry to implement low carbonization during the operation of supply chain.Firstly,on the basis of the analysis of the current situation in Chinese coal industry,the paper discriminates its effects on environment and defines the system of carbon emission through observing carbon footprint and measuring its directions.Therefore it comes up with the concept of the coal industry supply chain,analyze the influencing factors to low carbonization systematically and build a model of influencing factors which is made up of by rigid constraint factors,flexible influencing factors and technique-supporting factors.Then,the author measures and analyses the influencing factors which lead to low carbonization in coal industry supply chain through the use of structural equation model.Empirical tests show that the key influencing factors are the awareness and concept of low carbon,high-quality support from human resource as well as the level of information.Later the author estimates the influence of the level of information on low carbon emission through STIRPAT functional model and verifies there exists a negative relationship between the level of information and the intensity of carbon emission.What’s more,from the perspective of information and science,the author analyzes the pattern and level of information collaboration in coal industry supply chain,measures the complexity of organization and information transformation of information collaboration by building complicated system and illustrates the significant role of information collaboration in the operation of low carbonization by the way of building low carbon supply chain.Finally,based on the analysis of demand for information collaboration of low carbon supply chain in coal industry,the system of combination between low carbon supply chain and information collaboration come into reality through the use of the technology of cloud computing.This paper verifies the application value of the system by means of qualitative analysis of information collaboration in strategic level,tactical level and operating level during the process of low carbonization supply chain. |
