The practical experience of agricultural development at home and abroad also shows that agricultural standardization has an important role on promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improving the quality and safety of agricultural products, and enhancing the competitiveness of agricultural products. In recent years, the state has attached great importance to the process of agricultural standardization. By the end of 2014, the pollution-free agricultural products, green food, organic agricultural products and agricultural products of geographical mark (referred to as "Three products and one mark") which are newly certified by our country have exceeded 15 thousands, the total number of "Three products and one mark" has reached 95thousands, the certified production lands have covered more than 45% of the total area of the edible agricultural products production lands. Although in recent years, China has made great progress in agricultural standardization, having constructed the preliminary agricultural standardization system framework, as a matter of fact, this whole work is still in the pilot and the initial stage and there is still a significant gap when compared our system with the foreign advanced ones. There are still many obstacles in the agricultural standards implementation in China, and the most important problem lies in the contradiction between large production and small farmers. This study takes the vegetable industry of LiaoNing Province as an example to study the standardized production behavior of "cooperatives+farmers". Based on the two types of data coming from the farmers and the vegetable production specialized cooperatives, we tried to answer the following questions:How is the status on vegetable standardization production of cooperative+farmers? What is the decision-making mechanism and influencing factors of standardized? Does the cooperation degree have an effect on the standardized production decision of cooperatives? How to affect the standardization production? What are the key factors of the agricultural products quality assurance system under the mode of cooperation+farmers? The corresponding research conclusions are helpful to promote the process of agricultural standardization from perspectives of different production subjects, and the specific conclusions can provide references for the agricultural standardization decision-making department. This research is mainly divided into the following parts:The first part is the research preparation, corresponded to chapter one and two of this article. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background and significance of this study, the definition of core concepts of the study, the overall analysis train of thought of the paper, the research methods and data sources that we adopted and the innovation points and deficiencies of the research. The second chapter contains the theoretical basis of the study and the review of domestic and foreign literatures, summarizing the theory of planned behavior, farmers' behavior theory and the information asymmetry theory, etc.respectively as well as reviewing the related research results from two aspects. The second part is the situation analysis on standardization production of "cooperative+farmer",corresponded to chapter three. Found that 47.52% of cooperatives to implement standardized production and 43 of cooperatives to passed the products certification. The main motivation of implementation if to improve quality and enhance the competitiveness of products on cooperative, to raise price meet purchase requirements and increase product sale. From the effect of standardization, more than 50% of the cooperatives think the prices.sales, revenue and profit have increased,71.91% of the farmers said the profits of standardized production have increased obviously. The third part is the standardized production behavior of "cooperative+farmer", corresponded to chapter four, five, six. which is the main part of this study. In the fourth chapter, established dynamic model to analyze the dynamic mechanism of cooperative standardized production, set up the analysis framework of the influencing factors of the cooperatives standardized production behaviors. Also, through empirical analysis of econometric model, we found that the cooperative level, cooperative land scale, sales approach of the cooperative products, whether registered trademarks or not, whether have obtained government preferential policies or not and so on have important roles in interpreting the cooperatives standardized production behaviors. In addition, further studying on the influencing factors of the degree of cooperatives standardization, through the oprobit regression we found that the gender of the cooperative responsible person, the cooperative product sales approach, whether registered trademarks or not, cooperative land scale, government policy support and whether have carried out electronic commerce or not have significant impacts on the degree of cooperatives standardization. In the fifth chapter, based on the analysis of the standardized production operation mode and the the principal-agent relationship between cooperatives and farmers were analyzed, we established econometric model to analyze the effect of the degree of cooperation on the cooperative standardized production decisions, finding that the degree of cooperation has an significant positive effect on the cooperative standardized production decisions and the degree of standardized production. In the sixth chapter, By using the signal game, we found that probability cooperative punishment, benefits of moral risks, detection probability of moral risks and cover the cost have important influence on the quality of agricultural products. From used to implement standardized production data, by metrological analysis found that written contracts with farmers, product testing and whether there is a product quality traceability system has a important role in interpretation. The fourth part is the typical case analysis and research conclusions and policy recommendations, corresponded to chapter seven and eight. In chapter seven, by using the case analysis method, we listed two cases which are cooperatives+farmers, leading enterprises cooperatives+farmers to analyze the measures and practices of their standardized production model and the stuff related to agricultural product quality assurance. Chapter eight mainly summarized the conclusions of the research, and put forward some targeted policy suggestions on the promotion of agricultural standardization based on the relevant conclusions.
