Research On The Demand Of Agricultural Socialization Services For Farmers' Professional Cooperation

China's four modernizations simultaneously developing,propels the promotion of Agricultural product market environment and the cultivation of new type of agricultural management subjects.The data of the third national agricultural census show that there are 207.43 million agricultural operating households in China,including 3.98 million scale growers.The new agricultural production and operation subject,represented by farmers' professional cooperatives and family farms,is playing an increasingly important role in the process of agricultural modernization in China.The basic strategy for promote the development process of China's agricultural modernization;it is to build the China's agricultural production system,industrial system and management system.As an important part of modern agricultural management system,agricultural socialized service plays an indispensable role in agricultural production and management.It has become a bridge and link between small farmers,the main body of new agricultural management and modern agriculture.Based on the internal mechanism of the transformation of agricultural socialized service demand of farmers' professional cooperatives,according to the theory of cooperative economy,the theory of institutional change and the theory of transaction cost,this paper studies the demand of agricultural socialized service of farmers' professional cooperatives in Gongzhuling City.This paper analyzes the present situation of the development of agricultural socialized service system of cooperative agriculture and makes a systematic cluster analysis on the priority of the demand of cooperative agricultural socialized service items.And then it makes a further national return analysis on the reducing factors of the best cooperative service demand,aiming at the preference and obstacle factors of cooperative service demand shown by the results of the analysis.This paper puts forward some policy suggestions for effectively promoting the new agricultural socialized service supply system and supply capacity.The conclusions are as follows:(1)according to the strength priority sequence of agricultural socialization service demand of farmers' professional cooperatives,the systematic clustering into four layers: the first layer is agricultural sales service and agricultural technology service;the second layer is agricultural information service;the third layer is agricultural material service,agricultural machinery service;the fourth layer is other services.(2)Through the analysis of the factors affecting the purchase intention of agricultural socialization service demand of farmers' professional cooperatives,it can be concluded that the brand effect / reputation of preferential policy and supply subject have the remarkable significance to the demand willingness.The implementation effect of preferential policies has a positive impact on the demand willingness of agricultural services of cooperatives.Pay more attention to the brand and reputation of service providers in the agricultural socialized service purchase activities of cooperatives;at the same time,in agricultural subsidies,farmland scale and quality and standardization,there also have a certain significance influence;finally,in the type of production,specialization and charging standards are not relatively significant.In view of the problems existing in the agricultural socialization service demand of farmers' professional cooperatives in Gongzhuling City,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the service supply level and demand satisfaction.The first,by expanding agricultural sales and service channels,increasing investment in information technology services to meet the urgent needs of cooperatives for selling technical service products;secondly,by strengthening the construction of agricultural machinery service organizations,optimize the agricultural material service structure to meet the needs of traditional agricultural socialized services in cooperatives;thirdly improve the new agricultural socialized service system,cultivate diversified service subjects to meet the increasingly diversified demand for products and services;Last but not last,improve the operating environment of agricultural socialized service and improve the quality of service products.
