| Nuclear power as a strategic new industry has entered the fast track of development in recent years,and became an important name card of our "going out" strategy.The level of technology has matured."The Belt and Road" strategy provides an opportunity to go abroad for nuclear power.Foreign market is the spot market for nuclear power development in China.At present,our country is facing serious environmental problems,air pollution is a serious threat to people’s health.Nuclear power as an efficient clean energy,the demand of domestic market is relatively large,therefore,the state encourages the development of nuclear power.In the 13th Five-Year the national plan,our country has made a detailed plan for nuclear power development in the last five years,the installed capacity of nuclear power need reach 58 million kilowatt,the constructing need to reach more than 30 million kilowatts.Domestic and foreign markets provides a broad prospect for nuclear power development,however,overall innovation capability of nuclear power industry is not strong,the technology is not advanced enough in China.Therefore,how to enhance the collaborative innovation capability of nuclear power industry has important theoretical and practical significance.The development of nuclear power represents the level of development of new industries in China,which is the embodiment of the economic development comprehensive strength.The innovation ability of nuclear power determines the future development and international competitiveness of emerging industries in China.It is an important guarantee for the success of the "going out" strategy.In this paper,the coordination degree and evolution path of nuclear power industry innovation chain are taken as the theme,through the analysis of the evolution mechanism and characteristics of industrial chain and innovation chain,the order degree model of industrial chain and innovation chain and the synergy degree model of complex system are constructed.By using the annual data of the nuclear power industry,this paper makes an empirical study on the degree between coordination and evolution.Through the measurement of the synergy degree and the law of evolution path,this paper finds out the law of promoting the nuclear power industry innovation ability and puts forward policy suggestions.This study provides theoretical support and strategic guidance.The full text of the study is divided into three parts:theory,empirical research and countermeasures.Theoretical part:This paper reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the coordination degree and evolution law of industrial innovation chain,which is based on the results of previous research,and combines with the development of nuclear power industry in China and the characteristics of industrial innovation chain.On the basis of the relevant literature,the evaluation index of industrial chain and innovation chain is extracted,and the synergy degree model is proposed.The data analysis was based on the indicators of the industrial chain and innovation chain through the model.Empirical part:First of all,through the GICS industry classification method,the data of listed nuclear power industry companies was arranged,each evaluation index was calculated,then calculated the cumulative value of the evaluation index and the number of defects,eliminated the defect value.The average value of each evaluation index is calculated,the evaluation index of industrial chain and innovation chain are obtained,then the CRITIC method is used to determine the weight of each index,and then bring into the model for calculation,the synergy degree of nuclear power industry innovation chain was calculated.Through the analysis of the co-evolution trend chart of nuclear power industry,we can draw a conclusion.Countermeasure:Based on the empirical results,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the performance of nuclear power industry collaborative innovation in China. |
