Research On The Meta-synthesis Of The Development Of The Low Carbon Eco-city

In the context of sustainable development,the low carbon eco-city has become the development trend.At present,in order to explore the development of low carbon eco-city,the integrated research must be done.So a theoretical framework of the low carbon eco-city development need to be built to solve how to achieve the integrated research.In this case,from the perspective of the low carbon eco-city is an open complex giant system,how to build the theoretical framework,including the system and integrated method,is studied based on the QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory.This study has important theoretical and practical significance for the research and management to promote the development of low carbon eco-city.Firstly,the generation process of the QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory is summarized and the essence of the theory is mined.On this basis,the structure of the theory,the structure of the integrated system and the process of the integrated method are expanded.From the ontological perspective,the epistemology perspective and the perspectives of development of the process philosophy,the generation of the low carbon eco-city need the guidance of the QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory.Secondly,summarize the Chinese scholars' research path about the development of city as an open complex giant system and demonstrate that QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory is scientific to guide the research of the low carbon eco-city development.A theoretical framework of the low carbon eco-city development is constructed based on the meta-synthesis of the process philosophy,the Wuli-Shili-Renli(WSR)methodology,the thoughts of spiral and the QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory.Thirdly,the(WSR)methodology is developed into the Zhuti-Keti-Jieguo(ZKJ)methodology to achieve the structured QIAN Xue-sen's meta-synthetic wisdom theory.Based on the ZKJ methodology,the content system,Hall for workshop of metasynthetic engineering and the integrated scheme of the research on low carbon eco-city development are constructed.In the context of sustainable development,the structure of the researchers of the development of the low carbon eco-city is reconstructed and the innovation mode of three spirals is developed into the innovation mode of four spirals.Based on the innovation mode of four spirals,construct the integrated research and management process of the low carbon eco-city development.Finally,improve the assessment model based on the method of space Vectors of the low carbon eco-city development.To verify the rationality and validity of the improvement,the comparative study of Tianjin City is conducted.
