The Integration Evaluation Model And Empirical Research On Chinese Regional Low-carbon Economic

Climate change and energy shortage have become serious common global problemsand challenges. The low-carbon economy has become the inevitable choice to meet thechallenges of mankind. For China, economic development is in the middle ofindustrialization. To change the extensive economic growth mode, save energy, reducecarbon dioxide and other greenhouse gas emissions, we must strengthen the work ofmultiple dimensions, such as changes in production, lifestyle, industrial restructuring andso on. It has been a long time since the low-carbon economy was been put forward, whichhas been a good chance to meet with government and VC.There is a lot of importance to do research about low-carbon economy. We hope thispaper will help some researcher and give some great suggestions about how to developlow-carbon economy in different areas of china.In this paper, the concept of low-carbon economy and the core elements of anin-depth analysis and evaluation system would be given with following the level ofeconomic development of low-carbon construction principles. Based on the existingresearch results and expertise, regional energy consumption, area technology development,regional environmental development, regional policy development are the initiallyestablished as a indicator system to measure the level of regional low-carbon economy.And then we use regional integration method to evaluate low-carbon economy taking theregional area during2006-2010as an example.
