The traditional business reforming and innovation of commercial banks in China is imminent.The pursuit of big project and high yield is still the traditional target positioning of commercial banks in China.However,the small micro enterprises who take up more than 70%of the total companies,can't get support of the commercial banks,because of information asymmetry,default risk and high cost per unit.This kind of phenomenon is not conducive to the expansion of commercial banks and customers to expand,and also is unfavorable to internal financial system to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.This phenomenon can be explained with the theory of Credit Rationing.And it is norm that commercial banks implement credit rationing to small micro enterprise.This is the internal cause for commercial banks to improve the small micro enterprise credit management.In recent years,driven by the big data,cloud computing,mobile internet,instant messaging,social media and so on,internet financial emerged in our country.It has brought new thinking and new opportunities,although it also has formed a certain impact on the business of commercial banks.This is the external cause for commercial banks to improve the small micro enterprise credit management.As the breakthrough point of the research in this paper,commercial banks can draw lessons from the practice of Internet financial experience,or cooperate with the Internet financial enterprises,improve small micro enterprise credit management actively from the aspects of information,cost,risk control,efficiency and so on.In this article,we can find the analysis of motivation for commercial banks to improve the small micro enterprise credit management.And the author uses the process and results of the tripartite game model of commercial banks,Internet financial enterprises and small and micro businesses as the main line,and finds the optimal strategy of the three parties in equilibrium:internet financial enterprises seek cooperation with commercial banks,commercial banks improve small micro enterprise credit management,and small micro enterprises finance from commercial banks.Through a large number of data collected about the theory and practice of internet finance,and using for reference successful experience home and abroad of commercial bank small micro enterprise credit management under the background of the internet finance,the regulations and operation improvement of commercial bank small micro enterprise credit management are explored.In the aspect of rules and system,the core design in this paper is that small and micro businesses use different levels of financing products according to the credit rating.And the commercial banks construct network platform to realize online services and risk control management.In the aspect of operation,the author designs a few strategies,like using double information channels to rule out false information,the multi-level credit rating index system,business owner credit scoring model,etc.The designs of rules and operation help to ease the information asymmetry between the banks and micro and small enterprises.And the suggestions are good for banks to transfer high risk,reduce cost and improve the efficiency,which enhances the the competitiveness of small micro financial business of commercial banks.
