Commercial bank refers to the corporate legal person which establishes in accord with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China.The corporate legal person may provide financial services such as settling funds,collecting funds for public deposits and giving out the loan funds.H Bank Co.,Ltd.(H Bank)is one of 12 national joint-stock commercial banks,formerly known as a housing savings bank which was established in 1987.After the People's Bank of China approved in 2003,it formally transformed into H Bank Co.,Ltd.,a national joint-stock commercial banks.At present,H Bank has 14 first-level branches in the country,two head office with direct management,288 branches at total;it also launched the establishment of five villages and towns banks.H Bank will take three rural,small micro-financial businesses as their own development to achieve the opportunity to overtake the corner,and regard it as an important part of implementing social responsibility.However,under the impact of present Internet financial markets,H bank is facing threats from traditional commercial banks and even new Internet financial firms.H Bank wants to increase its market share in the small micro-credit business in the turbulent Internet financial market,and it must innovate on the basis of the existing micro-credit model.As an employee of H Bank,the author applies the knowledge of enterprise management and commercial bank management,combines his own work into study the innovation of the small micro-credit model of Internet banking under the Internet,which aims to promote the small micro-credit business of H bank healthy growth.This paper states the developmental course of the small micro credit business of the bank and the problems of the micro-credit business,and analyzes the small micro-credit model of the H bank under the Internet financial system through the five-force analysis model and the SWOT analysis method,and explores the banks innovative small credit new model and give recommendations under emerging Internet finance.This paper includes six chapters,the main contents of each chapter are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the background and significance of this topic,the main research content and research ways,the innovation and deficiency.The second chapter is an overview of the traditional small micro-credit model and Internet Finance.This chapter is the introduction of the definition,which mainly introduces the meaning of commercial banks,the features of small micro-enterprise financing,the challenges of traditional micro-credit model,and the impact of Internet finance on the micro-credit model of traditional commercial banks,and the status quo of research at home and abroad.Chapter 3 is an overview of the development of H banking and micro-finance business.This chapter firstly introduces the general situation of H bank,and then introduces the basic situation of small bank micro-credit business,and then analyzes the achievements and existing problems of small micro-credit business.The fourth chapter is developmental strategy in the Internet financial under the H bank's small micro-credit business.This chapter uses the five forces analysis of Potter and the SWOT analysis under the Internet finance.At the same time,the author gives different competitive strategy of the small micro credit business of H bank.According to the micro-credit innovation model of China's commercial banks under Internet Finance,combined with the characteristics of H Bank,this paper suggests that under the background of Internet finance,H Bank should establish a new model of micro-credit which embodies the difference.The fifth chapter is the model recommendations of Internet Finance under the H Bank's small micro-credit.This chapter tells the author implements the Internet under the financial;H Bank selected small micro-credit business differentiation development strategy,established differentiated micro-credit new model improvement program recommendations.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect.It summarizes the precious text and expounds the main conclusions and the prospect for the future in the present paper.Based on the management knowledge of commercial banks,this paper analyzes the five forces under the Internet finance and the SWOT anal ysis under the Internet finance.This paper puts forward the suggestion of improving the small micro credit model of H bank to promote the healthy development of the small micro credit business of H bank,so as to improve the market competitiveness of the small micro credit business of H bank.
