After economic reform,China entered the stage of rapid development and the short-term income distribution gap gradually grows bigger. However, due to the income mobility, today's poor may become tomorrow's rich,long-term income gap decreases. The income mobility not only describes the change of individual income status, but also introduces the dynamic perspective to the measurement of income distribution, which has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the dynamic assessment of income distribution as a starting point, the income mobility as the research object, combined with the practical background of change in the income structure of farmers, this paper describes the income mobility of net income, wage and operating income from 1995 to 2013 in China rural country, reveals the specific factors that affect the income mobility and calculates the impact of income mobility on income distribution by different methodsSpecific to the change of income position in each level, the flow of operating income is more concentrated in the lowest, lower and middle layers, and the flow is getting smaller and smaller;wage income mobility in the five levels are low.The up-going trend of the lowest level of net income is obvious, but the upward trend is decreasing;the lower layer flows mainly to a higher level or remains in its position, and the upstream capacity is also declining;the middle layer is more fluid, especially to a grade falling.Farmers' net income flows frequently between the lowest, lower and middle levels, while the higher and highest levels are relatively stable. From the specific composition of each level, the lowest and lower level of net income are mainly composed by the falling families from the upper grades, and the the main body of the middle level is household from the lowest and lower level. The income mobility of rural residents in China is affected by many factors, among which the action of land is subcontracted, the increased number of agricultural machine, the status of Party member and higher education and so on have a significant positive effect on the upward income of operating income. The rise in the health of household reduces the probability of decline in operating income level, while it also increasing their rise. The increase in the number of non-agricultural vocational training, the increase in the proportion of migrant labor in one family, the increase in the average health of household and the decline in family dependency have a significant effect on the acceleration of wage income level and can prevent the decline of wage income level. For the net income, the farmer's health level,non-agricultural vocational training and the proportion of migrant workers can increase the possibility of jumping to a higher level, land subcontracting into the level of the downlink has played a significant role in accelerating.Basic education can significantly increase the net income level of farmers slightly, but can not substantially increase it.In addition, the beginning high position will be conducive to uplink, while the previous high level will increase its downside probability. In the long run, rural China's income mobility has a mitigating effect on the widening income gap.By using relative income mobility, absolute income mobility, the Fields index and the decomposition of Gene coefficient change, this paper shows that the Gene coefficient overestimated the degree of inequality of income distribution,long-term income distribution is conducive to low-income groups, the Gene coefficient of expansion can appear with the income distribution improved simultaneously.
