As the cooperative innovation mode at home and abroad transforms from the linear model to the network model,the industry-university-research cooperation innovative network has become a new form of innovation evolution.The industry-university-research cooperation innovative network has become an emerging model of cooperative innovation in China.The intensive of knowledge interaction and the openness of innovation have become increasingly important,and the relationship among the cooperation agents is increasingly showing the characteristics of multiple,fusion,dynamic and continuous.However,compared with the innovation network of developed countries,the industry-university-research cooperation innovative network in China is still on the initial stage.The connection strength among agents is weaker,and the development of the industry-university-research cooperation innovative network is uneven in various regions.The networking relationship of industry-university-research promotes the updating and gathering of resources,and it is a source of power of innovative network evolution.How to describe the industry-university-institute cooperation of different subjects in the innovation network and to analyze network evolution mechanism and regularity,which is the solved important problem in the modern industry breakthrough innovation and development.This study analyses network structure by simulation and designs evolution mechanism through the point of the connotation of the innovation network evolution integration and with the line of innovation network node cooperation and network whole emergence behavior.Firstly,the connotation of the evolution of cooperative innovation network is analyzed.The definition of industry-university-research cooperation innovation network is defined by concluding and teasing out related research results,and the study analyzes the node composing and features of the cooperation innovation network.The measure index of structure is determined through the related theories of complex systems,complex networks and bipartite graphs.The definition of industry-university-research cooperation innovation network evolution is defined,and the systematic and emergence of network evolution is analyzed.And the study divides cooperation innovation network evolution into three stages:forming,development and maturing.Secondly,the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network evolution is discussed.The analytical framework of formation,expansion and synergistic mechanism in the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network evolution is build,and the study discusses the formation conditions of the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network.The process of forming of the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network is analyzed by the method of inframarginal analysis in the new classical economics.Using Scale-free network model the study analyzes the phenomenon of influx and edges in the industry-university-research cooperation innovation network,and clears up the dynamic evolvement process of the size of network.And then the process of the evolution structures of the multi-core network and network’s relationship is studied by mean field theory and super-network model.Thirdly,the study analyzes the node operating mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network,constructs the analyzing frame of node operating mechanism,and builds the model of node operating mechanism with Complex Adaptive System theory.In a specific way,this paper explores the stimulat:ing behavior(by inside and outside environment)and adaptability behavior(selection of cooperation partner,optimizing cooperation strategy,adjusting cooperative profit)of the heterogeneous innovation agents by "stimulating-responding" model of Complex Adaptive System theory,and researches the cooperative behaviors of matching and gathering of network internal node using echo model to explore complexity of cooperation innovative network evolution.Fourthly,the study simulates the processes of university-industry-research cooperation innovative network evolution.On one hand,the study designs the simulation parameters and builds the algorithm of network evolution based on the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network evolution,and uses Netlogo to develop simulation platform of network evolution.On the other hand,the study designs the simulation experiments repeatedly by using experts cluster analysis,and analyzes comparatively the simulation results and the evolution rule of the network stage and network structure,explores the space-time characteristics and spring up rule of latent variable such as innovation benefits and knowledge accumulation,which lays the foundation for mechanism design and policy setting of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network evolution.Finally,in order to improve the evolving efficiency of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network,this paper designs the mechanisms of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network evolution based on the systematic analyzing foundation of network evolution using Synergetics and dynamic system theory.In a specific way,we design gathering mechanism of network evolution by nodes gathering and knowledge gathering;design coordination mechanism from three dimensions(network resources-network strategy-network structure);design controlling mechanism from two dimensions(contain network power and feedback on network learning).The study makes clear conceptions and characteristics of industry-university-research innovation network and its evolution,analyzes the forming-expansion-synergy mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation innovative network evolution from the perspective of macrostructure,and from the perspective of the behaviors of microcosmic subject the study designs running mechanism of cooperation innovative network nodes.Finally,by simulation the "gathering-synergy-controlling" mechanisms are designed,and it supports related decisions of industry-university-research cooperation innovation for enterprises,universities and research institutes.
