In recently years,it appears university-industry cooperation(UIC)innovation alliance in our country,such as industrial technology research institute,industrial technology innovation strategy alliance,UIC technology innovation alliance,engineering research institute and so on in order to overcome the complex technology,such as the prospective technology,the common technology,the key technology and so on.The mode of the UIC innovation alliance is different from the well-known linear mode,which belongs to a new type of cross-organization knowledge integration network mode.But the development history of the UIC cross-organization knowledge integration network mode is shorter,still in the initial stage,and it is in urgent need of relevant theoretical guidance.Under this background,the paper focuses on the study of the UIC innovation alliance network management mode,the measure mechanism of the knowledge flow in UIC network,the evolution mechanism of the UIC network,interest coordination mechanism design of the UIC network,and other key problems.The main research contents of this paper are as following.(1)It studies on present situation and problems of UIC innovation alliance.By the design of the questionnaire and taking Jiangsu Province as an example,it goes on-the-spot investigation of UIC innovation alliance.At the same time,synthesizing literature research results and practical research results,it sums up some problems existed in the practical operation of UIC innovation alliance.(2)It studies on the network management mode of UIC innovation alliance.UIC innovation alliance is a typical practice of the network mode of UIC.So,taking the UIC innovation alliance as application scenarios,it defines connotation and characteristics of UIC innovation alliance,builds up network management mode and organization management structure of the UIC innovation alliance,analyzes the relationship between the innovation subjects and evolution law.(3)It studies on the effect measure mechanism of knowledge flow of the UIC network based on Synergetics-GERT.Applying synergetics,it analyzes the knowledge flow mechanism in the network.At the same time,the GERT network and synergetics are combined to construct the knowledge flow measure model.And taking Jiangsu railway transportation industry technology innovation strategic alliance as an example,it analyzes the knowledge flow effect in the network and puts forward to enhance knowledge flow effectiveness the suggestions and measures.(4)It studies on evoluation mechanism of the UIC network mode based on the scale-free network.Using complex network theory,it discusses the features and topological structure of UIC network.According to whether the knowledge exchange rate between the subjects is considered,the UIC network is divided into the non-weighted network and the weighted network.Based on the scale-free network,it studies optimization algorithms of network evolution and dynamic analysis respectively.And taking Jiangsu railway transportation industry technology innovation strategic alliance as an example,it analyzes the non-weighted and weighted evoluation model and then to discuss the synchronization mechanism of the UIC network to get to stability.(5)It studies on interest coordination mechanism of UIC network based on Shapley value.Considering the early stage of UIC,the game between the innovation subjects is a non-cooperative game.According to the method of conflict analysis,it based on intuition fuzzy numbers to build up the innovation subjects conflict equilibrium model.After the stability collaboration of the UIC,the game between the innovation subjects is a cooperative game.Using Shapley value and considering the key of factors that influence interest coordination including knowledge sharing degree,subject absorbing knowledge level,investment amount and anti-risk ability,it uses the network synergy coefficient to adjust the breakdown of interests between the innovation subjects and designs the interest distribution between subjects.Taking Jiangsu railway transportation industry technology innovation strategic alliance as an example,it analyzes interest distribution case and puts forward to the corresponding suggestions and measures.
