Research On China's Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises' Growth Ability

As a hot topic,the problem on enterprises' growth has been studied by business or academia.As the department of production of means of production,the level of equipment manufacturing enterprises is directly related to the healthy status of China's economy,the quality of people's life and the stability of the society.Today,the pattern of the world equipment manufacturing industry is undergoing tremendous changes.The developed equipment manufacturing industries not only have the advanced manufacturing technology,as the monopoly,but also are making efforts on the reduction of production cost,in attempt to optimization of the world equipment manufacturing resources from the United States,Europe,Japan and other developed countries.Moreover,the outbreak of the international financial crisis has caused impacts in many ways in China.All of those have formed the enormous pressure on equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,that is to say,it is reflected that as the bottleneck,equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability has become the constraint for the sustainable and healthy development of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China.Therefore,it is suggested that how equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability will be improved,based on the interpretation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability,which has very important significance on the sustainable and healthy development of equipment manufacturing enterprises and the position in the new round of the global manufacturing resource configuration.Firstly,this paper made the analysis on the natural property-advancement,based on the understanding of the equipment manufacturing enterprises' connotation and its external effects and special status by means of qualitative and quantitative methods.According to the results of quantitative analysis and the philosophy on combination and property,it was deduced that the equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability was the fundamental factor for the equipment manufacturing enterprise.Secondly,from the economic,social,technological aspects and the synergistic relationship among them,it was discussed on the current situation and the main problems on internal and external resource and the integration of the both,based on the analysis of the content and features of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability.Thirdly,according to the system theory,this paper explored the structural dimension of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability from the perspective of strategic transformation,external networks,resources integration,continuous innovation and features of equipment manufacturing products,and then made the empirical test on it by means of EFA and CFA.From the collaborative perspective,it was studied on the operative mechanism of sub-abilities of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability by means of Boolean theory and the order parameter equation.Fourthly,this paper theoretically introduced the organizational learning process,knowledge exchange,capital structure,enterprise performance and other variables in order to establish the effectiveness mechanism theory framework of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability,which was taken as the effective evaluation.On this basis,this paper made the empirical analysis on the main effect between equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability and enterprise performance,the pre-effects of organizational learning process,the mediating effects of knowledge exchange and the moderating effects of capital structure by means of CCA,Bootstrap-SEM and HRA,with the help of the application of questionnaires for the raw data and of PP for the optimization of the data.Fifthly,in view of the consideration of the evaluation of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability,this paper built the evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability for the input and output perspective,and made the efficient empirical study on equipment manufacturing enterprises,growth ability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in China in 2011 by means of the combinational methods PCA-DEA-TOPSIS and Ward clustering.Finally,according to the dimension of the overall paper,this paper made the counter-measurements for improvement of equipment manufacturing enterprises' growth ability from the perspective of effectiveness and efficiency.
