And then it explain theconnotation and characteristic of the equipment manufacturing companies and the overviewof the status quo and the development trend of the equipment manufacturing enterprises inHeilongjiang Province. On the external factors that affect the equipmentmanufacturing business operations in Heilongjiang Province, this paper promotes three mainaspects: customers, suppliers and after-sales service. At last, the paper constructed the way of how to evaluate the operationalperformances of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, and thenusing the method above to evaluate the operational performance of the Harbin steam turbingfactory, make a detail analyzing about its problems and improves methods.Finally, this paper constructs a system of how to make a good development in theequipment manufacturing business operations in Heilongjiang Province. And according theinfluencing factors in Chapter three and the empirical analysis in Chapter four, the paperproposes the safeguard measures, namely: increasing the training of operating personnel,enhancing innovation capability in internal operations of the corporate, selecting supplierscarefully, emphasizing on the role of after-sales service in operations, establishing the concept of innovative first enterprise culture and giving full play to the guiding role of the governmenton the innovation of the equipment manufacturing enterprise operations, and it puts forwardsome countermeasures to increase the ability of the equipment manufacturing enterprisesoperations in Heilongjiang Province.
