:Under the environment of supply chain, supplier management is the source of manufacturing in the supply chain, and decides the operation of the supply chain. Product quality and product cost of suppliers directly decide development and market competitiveness of supply chain enterprises, so evaluation and control of supplier quality management under supplier chain environment is of great importance for enterprise and the entire supply chain.Based on the theory of supply chain management and supplier quality management, this thesis briefly introduces the present weakness of supplier quality management system and the characteristics of supplier quality management under the environment of supply chain, and designs the supplier quality management system composed by the supplier evaluation and development, supplier quality control, supplier performance evaluation and dynamic management under the supply chain environment.In the study of evaluation of suppliers development, this thesis chooses the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS method, and practicability of index system and assessment method of supplier evaluation development is verified through the case X company. At the same time, by comparative analysis of evaluating the supplier development and supplier performance evaluation,this thesis builds the supplier performance evaluation index system and puts forward different dynamic management strategies according to different grades of supplier. Finally, supplier quality control is an important part of quality management system, and supplier quality control is studied based on the measurement system analysis, using the statistical software statistical process control method and the six sigma method.The purpose of the thesis is that by evaluation and control of supplier quality management under supplier chain environment, enterprise and the supplier can clearly recognize what need improvement, the direction of improvement and find a way to improve, so as to improve the core competitiveness of the enterprises and the whole supply chain.
