Complex forming equipment are the fundamental equipment of high-end manufacturing industry, and it is an important guarantee for the industrial transformation and upgrading and technological progress. The development of complex forming equipment is a typical system engineering, integrating deeply technology and management, which needs to coordinate manpower, material and financial resources, to coordinate engineering activities performed by various departments and organization.Therefore, the development system of complex forming equipment, as the key technology of development engineering, determines the innovative performance of the complex forming equipment. With rapid development of emerging information technology, such as Internet and Big data, these technologies have become an integral part of the equipment manufacturing industry.Based on in-depth analysis about the key steps and tasks of the development of the complex forming equipment in the emerging information technology era, this dissertation proposed the development process system for complex forming equipment at the level of engineering system, and then studied the product architecture design and optimization, development task decomposition and integration, multi-agent collaborative management in terms of three dimensions of product dimension, task dimension and space dimension.The main research contents and innovative work in this dissertation are as followed:Firstly, the development system of complex forming equipment based on system framework and "V" model is proposed. Through the analysis of manufacturing pattern and emerging characteristics of complex forming equipment in the Internet and Big data era, this dissertation developed the ideal development process and system architecture in terms of time dimension, space dimension and mission dimension, and proposed the systematic engineering management framework of system decomposition and integration.Secondly, the design and optimization of product architecture of complex forming equipment oriented for service is studied. Through the analysis of characteristics of design architectures of complex forming equipment in the Internet and Big data era, this dissertation models the framework of product architecture as the corresponding relationships between the requirement domain, the function domain and the architecture domain. Thus, the product-service modeling methods and integration framework of complex forming equipment based on QFD and DSM are proposed. The dissertationdeveloped the modularization optimization method with the consideration of the operation costs.Thirdly, the development mission decomposition and integration methods in the Internet and Big data era are studied. This dissertation analyzed the decomposition structure for development missions based on multi-view, and developed the decomposition model of these missions based on DSM and DMM, thereby transforming the requirements into the mission in details. Considering the data and the mission network as the key points, the methods for the mission integration and evaluation based on MBSE are proposed.Finally, this dissertation studied the multi-agent coordination management for complex forming equipment. Based on the synthesis for new characteristics of the multi-agent coordination development environment,this dissertation analyzed the coordination development pattern with supplier, crowdsourcing and globalization manufacture, respectively. Meanwhile, this study shows that it is necessary to reinforce quality management, cost control, innovation management and schedule management during the development process of complex forming equipment. Based on this, the selection methods for development units, the configuration methods for manufacturing resource and the performance evaluation for coordination development.
