Research On Multi - Project Coordination Mechanism And Platform Technology Of High - End Equipment

Advanced equipment manufacturing industry occupies an important place in the development of national economy and national strategy. It has the characteristics of wide range of industries, products category, application field and strong motive force. With the deepening of system reform, the country take more and more attention to advanced equipment manufacturing industry, strengthen its investment, at the same time, the quantity of advanced equipment project is increasing. Using the traditional artificial and vulgar way of management has been difficult to meet the requirements of high-end equipment multi-project management. With the help of information technology and multi-project management method to establish reasonable and effective project management platform, improve the efficiency of project management, assist related decision-making, become the challenge for the industry department.In this paper, as the background of information network platform construction, on the basis of multi-project management thoughts, more high-end equipment project management problems are put forward. In order to solve these problems, try to seek a reasonable solution for the design and implementation of high-end equipment project management system. Mainly reflects in:(1) For the first sets of advanced project management system, analysis its requirements, and business processes, and advanced equipment project management level of organization structure, and multiple project management at various stages and levels of interaction between organization, then put forward its solutions.(2) Making project coordination management as the goal, analysis the conflict of advanced equipment project management deeply, using conflict resolution methods, put forward different conflict of conflict solution. For the resource conflict based on resource reservation mechanism of multi-project resource optimization configuration method, to prioritize multiple projects, based on the multiple purpose reserved resource redistribution, and using instance verified it.(3) Using relevant information effectively assists equipment project management making decision, and evaluates multiple projects. First of all to be adapted to its evaluation index system, based on the evaluation index, using the rough set theory and data mining methods for multiple purposes of information in data mining, to extract relevant knowledge expression and knowledge and establish appropriate measures for project evaluation.(4) Discuss the platform technology architecture and design project management system, on this basis, this article choose J2EE system, using B/S architecture and MySQL database, developing this system. Finally, take this platform into practice to assist high-end equipment manufacturing policy and decision-making.
