Research On Coordination Mechanism Of Shipbuilding Supply Chian Based On Complex System Theory

The research of the supply chain coordination mechanism is the hot research area, and very complicated currently. It is involved to study many independent entities, many stages, and various systems. The current research method mostly adopts the traditional revivification theory, the simplification theory. This research method simplifies the problem complexness, at the same time, is dropped the essence characteristic of complicated system, so as to not respond the operation of an actual supply chain. Therefore, the research of the modeling and optimizing for supply chain coordination mechanism, taking complicated system theories as to guide, is an important problem to face at present.Because the modern shipbuilding supply chain is all-sided opening in the material, energy and information, extensive nonlinear function mechanism, and stochastic, misty etc. At the same time, the center problem,organization and self-organization,is similar between the modern shipbuilding supply chain and the complicated system. These complexity characteristic of the shipbuilding supply chain system, make traditional revivification theory can't explain complexness, dynamic evolvement etc. The complex system theory provides a brand-new researching way for it.Based on the research in both the foreign and domestic shipyard industries, This paper take complicated system theories as to guide, and adopt the method which combines qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis, micro-analysis to macro-analysis, revivification theory to whole theory, scientific reasoning to philosophical thoughts, to study mostly the coordination mechanism and the optimization design of a three-level shipbuilding supply chain. This paper described the domestic and international theoretical research of the complicated system theories and the coordination mechanism of supply chain firstly. This paper synthesizes the building process and characteristics of shipbuilding industry, and put forward the definition, classification, pattern and mechanism of shipbuilding supply chain coordination from the angle of system science.
