Study On The International Supply Chain Formation Mechanism And Influence Under Construction Of Silk Road Economic Belt

The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt is a globalization initiative of China.The globalization of China is in the field of politics,economy,culture and comprehensive integration into the world.The foundation of economic globalization is better in China,and most likely achieve success in the world economic development.The multinational enterprise is the important carrier of economic globalization,the core indexes of the Silk Road Economic Belt construction level is weather or on Chinese enterprises can “going out”,and the level of Chinese enterprises' internationalization represents the level of economic globalization.The Silk Road Economic Belt construction emphasizes the win-win cooperation between the countries,the essence is same on the supply chain of the enterprises.The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt is a solemn commitment of China to the world,and the sincerity is a sign of respect and trust to many countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt,and there is a positive impact on international supply chain cooperation relationship.Based on the theory of enterprise internationalization,the relational contract theory and institutional theory,the author expounds systematically the influence mechanism between enterprise internationalization and the international supply chain relationship in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt,and analyses the important function of supply chain governance mechanisms in the formation of international supply chain sustainability,and analyses the external impacts of the environment of the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt and cooperation with China on the international supply chain formation.In this paper,the research content mainly includes the following aspects.First of all,this paper carries out literature review and summary in respects of the enterprise internationalization theory,the relational contract theory and institutional theory and so on,and then the future problem are summarized to lay foundation for the study on international supply chain formation in the Silk Road Economic Belt.Secondly,the backgrounds and requirements of international supply chain formation in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt are deeply analyzed.The author analyses the construction status of Silk Road Economic Belt,and the advantages and disadvantages of the international supply chain formation.Again,this paper analyses the formation elements and evolution process of international supply chain in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt,and presents a theoretical analysis framework to integrate the intrinsic mechanism and external influence of international supply chain formation.Then,starting from the international supply chain intrinsic mechanism,the paperanalyses systematically the impact mechanism of enterprise internationalization on the formation of the international supply chain relationship,and the impact mechanism of the supply chain governance on the formation of international supply chain sustainability.Finally,according to the internationalization theory,the index system evaluating the cooperative relations between China and the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt,and the index system of the development environment of these countries are constructed,and the paper analyses empirically the impact of the external environment factors on the international supply chain formation.This paper comprehensively uses research methods including normative analysis and empirical analysis,the normative analysis method combine with literature review,and logical reasoning,and the empirical analysis method mainly include statistical analysis,panel regression analysis,principal component analysis,factor analysis,multiple regression analysis,etc.The paper draws the following basic conclusions.Firstly,the formation of international supply chain will promote the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt.There are many research about the international supply chain dominated by the multinational firms from the western developed nations,such as Wal-Mart,apple and so on in many existing literatures.The research of international supply chain about emerging and transition economy is rare,such as central and Eastern Europe countries and China.There are many microscopic research about the Silk Road Economic Belt in politics,international relations,and international trade.This paper will compare the target,process,content and principle between the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and the formation of international supply chain,and show the synchronization and coupling in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt and the formation of international supply chain,the formation and sustainability of international supply chain relationship will be very useful for the win-win in the construction of Silk Road Economic Belt.Secondly,improving the enterprises internationalization depth will promote the establishment of the international supply chain relationship,but improving the enterprises internationalization breadth will be not conducive to the formation of international supply chain.This research show that there is significant impact of enterprise internationalization on the international supply chain relationship,and the relationship is U shape function between enterprise internationalization depth and the international supply chain relationship.The international supply chain will format when the enterprise internationalization depth reaches a certain level,but the enterprise internationalization breadth will cause the inhibition of the international supply chain relationship formation.When the enterprises operation capacity is higher,the impact of enterprise internationalization depth on the international supply chain relationship will more significant,and the multinational firms can take“Casting net wider” expansion strategy to establish the strategic supplier relationship,and take “Key fishing” expansion strategy to format the strategic customer relationship.Thirdly,there are significant impact of supply chain governance on the sustainability of international supply chain formation.Strategic supplier relationship has no significant effect on the promotion of the corporate performance,but strategic customer relationship has a significant positive impact on the improvement of the corporate performance.Supply chain relationship governance mechanism has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between strategic customer relationship and the corporate performance.Therefore,the relationship governance mechanism plays a positive role in the management of strategic customer relationship,and it can improve the performance of the enterprise.Formal governance mechanism plays a positive role in the strategic supplier relationship and the corporate performance.Therefore,the formal governance mechanism has a positive effect on the strategic supplier relationship,and it can improve the performance of the company.Finally,the effect of the cooperation relationship between the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt and China on the formation of international supply chain is significant,and the effect will be more significant by enhance the level of political mutual trust,financing and popular communication.Meanwhile,there are some effects of the environment of the countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt on the formation of international supply chain,and the effects of the infrastructure and logistics factors,economic development and market factors,economic openness factors are positive,but investment and trade rules has an adverse influence on the formation of international supply chain.
