Evolution Of Oil Supply Status In The Silk Road Economic Belt And Its Combination With China's Oil

"The Belt and Road" is an important diplomatic strategy of China in the new era.The plunty of oil reserves of "the Silk Road Economic Belt" is the potential of the future development of this area.Therefore,the oil supply and oil cooperation of "the Silk Road Economic Belt" is of concern.This article firstly based on all petroleum statistical data of the world and "the Silk Road Economic Belt",using box plots,from proven oil reserves,production,exports and other aspects,analyzes the position of "the Silk Road Economic Belt" in the world oil supply pattern and evolution,and further explores the world oil supply capacity ranking economic belt,and division of oil supply and demand balance type.The results showed that "the Silk Road Economic Belt" occupying the core status in the world oil supply pattern,is a region with high degree of self-sufficiency ability;the actual supply ability in oil of most countries in the economic belt is strong,for net oil exporting countries;But there are still India and China,two big country of oil consumption and dependence on foreign oil still increasing,and the trade with countries in the economy belt are becoming increasingly frequent,making "the Silk Road Economic Belt" of oil supply and demand complementary relationship further strengthened.On the basis,this paper analyzes China and "the Silk Road Economic Belt" of oil cooperation basically.On one hand,China's oil production and consumption are on the rise,oil self-sufficiency rate is low,with the rising dependence on foreign oi;On the other hand,China's oil import source and country of origin of the main source in the world's major oil producing region,and oil producing countries.Some of them is located in "the Silk Road Economic Belt".Therefore,it is necessary on sequence analysis of the source of oil imports and national important meanings for China's energy strategy.For China and "the Silk Road Economic Belt" countries oil cooperation between the status quo and the problems were analyzed,by building the evaluation index system of petroleum cooperation potential,to sort and analyze "the Silk Road Economic Belt"countries with important source of oil.The results show that Russia,Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia ranking in the top three in the "Silk Road Economic Belt" National Petroleum Cooperation Potential,what puts forward the proposal and the choice of China's petroleum cooperation mode and strategy for the future,has certain strategic significance.
