Research On Benefit Distribution Of Enterprise Knowledge Alliance Based On Fuzzy Game

With the new normal of China’s economic development and the enterprise knowledge value transformation of " 13th Five-Year" plan,under the background of the national strategy of science and technology innovation,the alliance has been changed from product alliance to knowledge alliance,enterprise knowledge alliance is the integration of the member enterprises in order to gain greater benefits,the successful construction and healthy development of the integration depends on the efficient cooperation among the member enterprises,it is necessary to optimize the distribution of resources owned by the parties,and reasonably allocate the benefit of the alliance,in essence,it can be regarded as a multiple-person cooperative game problem.In the past,many researchers at home and abroad used classical cooperative game to solve the problem of benefit distribution,however,the cooperation pattern of the traditional game has been unable to meet the needs of the members in real life,in many cases,the members do not participate in a specific knowledge alliance with all resources,but to cooperate with a number of alliances with different participation rate.In the context of the transformation from the traditional pattern of full cooperation to the reality of the partial cooperation pattern and the design environment,in this paper,the fuzzy characteristics of the knowledge alliance members are taken as the breakthrough point,fuzzy cooperative game theory is used as a support,construct the balanced fuzzy cooperative game pattern as the trunk,the optimal fuzzy cooperative benefit distribution scheme is used as the driving force,the research framework and methodology system of benefit distribution of enterprise knowledge alliance based on fuzzy game theory are formed,the main conclusions and innovations are as follows:(1)The fuzzy characteristics of the member enterprises of enterprise knowledge alliance are extracted.Firstly,the degree of participation of member enterprises in knowledge alliance is represented by fuzzy number,the process of enterprise knowledge alliance member cooperation is regarded as fuzzy cooperative game process,which is composed of the basic elements of the players,the participation degree,strategies and payoff.Secondly,with the help of Membership selection game of complete information and incomplete information,the selection strategy of long-term partnership is analyzed.Finally,the natural extension of the enterprise knowledge alliance under the cooperation from the traditional game to the fuzzy game is realized Based on the degree of participation.(2)The influence factors of enterprise knowledge alliance cooperation benefit are analyzed.Firstly,based on the analysis of two levels of fuzzy alliance,enterprise form knowledge alliance in order to achieve common benefits and synergies,that is,to achieve the effect of 1+1>2.Secondly,the key influence variables of enterprise knowledge alliance cooperation benefit are determined,the impact of the total income of knowledge alliance,the resource input and expected utility of member enterprises,the probability that the member enterprises obtain the high income,the income of alliance,and so on to the knowledge alliance cooperation benefit is explored.Finally,the characteristic function of enterprise knowledge alliance cooperation benefit is expressed,and the fuzzy distribution model and the inclusion relation of enterprise knowledge alliance are characterized.(3)The equilibrium of benefit distribution in enterprise knowledge alliance is studied.Firstly,the basic principles that should be followed in the study of benefit distribution of enterprise knowledge alliance are put forward.Secondly,the nash’s bargaining is summarized,and the two enterprises and the multi enterprise negotiation model of the nash and its equilibrium are analyzed.Finally,under the traditional game pattern,the objection and counter objection raised by the member enterprise for the bargaining point are fuzzy extended by the introduction of the degree of participation,The concept of fuzzy bargaining set is proposed,which provides the service for the existence of the optimal profit distribution scheme of enterprise knowledge alliance under the specific fuzzy game pattern.(4)The cooperative pattern of fuzzy network game and fuzzy average monotone game are constructed.The network effect of enterprise knowledge alliance member cooperation is analyzed,the character of the average contribution value of member partners with the increase of alliance is analyzed.The equilibrium results of fuzzy network game and fuzzy average monotone game are obtained,the existence of the optimal benefit distribution scheme of enterprise knowledge alliance is proved under the two game patterns,the equivalence between the fuzzy bargaining distribution scheme and the fuzzy core distribution scheme is proved,the conclusions provide some reference information for decision makers.(5)The sustainable cooperation strategy of enterprise knowledge alliance is explored from the perspective of benefit distribution.In order to meet the actual needs of the enterprise knowledge alliance to retain some of the total return value,the adjustment coefficient is introduced into the traditional distribution model,the generalized distribution model is extended and constructed,the results provide a theoretical basis for the redistribution and recooperation of knowledge alliance.Case analysis of 5G knowledge alliance in China shows that:Under the condition that there is no traditional optimal benefit distribution scheme,the generalized assignment model can be used to solve the generalized optimal distribution scheme,it not only solves the problem of knowledge alliance benefit distribution,but also provides the countermeasures for the sustainable cooperation of knowledge alliance.
