Study Of Coordinated Development Of Higher Vocational Education And Industry Under The Trend Of Industrial Evolution

At present,a new round of technological revolution and industrial reform are ready to go,causing profound changes in the international industry system and leading to the complexity of the relationship between Higher Vocational Education and industry unprecedentedly.With the dramatic changes in the pattern of global industrial competitiveness,the industry evolution of the world shows the trends of industrial clusters,industrial convergence and industrial transfer which can enhance the industrial competitiveness continuously.Higher Vocational Education adapts to the trends of industry evolution,making coordinated development with industry is the key to its own sustainable development.However,the current issue of Higher Vocational Education and industry are uncoordinated has become prominent increasingly,which not only hinders the transformation and upgrading of the industry,but also seriously hampers the sustainable development of Higher Vocational Education.This study is to research the problem that how to achieve sustainable development of Higher Vocational Education in the process of coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry,including three subproblems.First,Higher Vocational Education has what kind of coordinated and linkage relationship with the four internal dimensions which are industrial cluster,industrial convergence,industrial transfer,industrial competitiveness? Second,what are the specific performances of Higher Vocational Education is uncoordinated with the four dimensions of industry evolution? Thirdly,how does the Higher Vocational Education make coordinated development with industry in accordance with the laws,characteristics and effects of the four dimensions of industry evolution,and form the characteristics of fitting the needs of industry.The purpose of this study is improving the capacity of servicing industry of Higher Vocational Education in the process of promoting the coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry,so that Higher Vocational Education can achieve its own sustainable development.Based on the above problems,this study is according to the law,characteristics and effects of industry evolution,combined with the development rules and characteristics of the four elements of Higher Vocational Education with internal relations,which are structure,development model,function and competitiveness,building a research framework of coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry.In the horizontal dimension,from the four internal dimensions of which are industrial cluster,industrial convergence,industrial transfer,industrial competitiveness,to research the coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry.In the vertical dimension,the three sets of interactive elements that "Higher Vocational Colleges-enterprises"," profession-effect of industrial evolution " and " personnel cultivating-demand of industrial development ",which are the three main lines run through the whole study.First of all,clear the coordinated linkage relationship between Higher Vocational Education and the four dimensions of industry evolution.Secondly,analyze the uncoordinated manifestation between Higher Vocational Education and industry.Finally,explaining and analyzing the main contents and mechanisms of the coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry.This study finds that there are coordinated linkage respectively between the structure of Higher Vocational Education and industrial cluster,the development model of Higher Vocational Education and industrial convergence,the functions of servicing industry of Higher Vocational Education and industrial transfer,the competitiveness of Higher Vocational Education and industrial competitiveness.Under the four dimensions of which are industrial cluster,industrial convergence,industrial transfer and industrial competitiveness,adjusting the structure,the development model,the function of servicing industry and competitiveness of Higher Vocational Education respectively,which can effectively promote the coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry.For the above analysis and conclusion,proposing the strategic choice to promote the coordinated development between Higher Vocational Education and industry.First,Higher Vocational Education should be based on the industrial cluster to change its structure,set up the group of Higher Vocational Education,construct professional cluster,build "headquarters-base" school model which make the base as the main body.Second,Higher Vocational Education should adapt to the trend of industrial convergence,promote the integration of school and enterprise,establish dynamic adjustment mechanism of profession,and cultivate compound talents vigorously.Third,Higher Vocational Education should adapt to the international industry transfer,adjust the functions of servicing industry,cultivate the functions of servicing multinational enterprises in developed countries,foster function of green service to profession,build "institutions-enterprises-parks-cities" which is four-dimensional linkage of service function model of servicing international service outsourcing industry.Fourth,Higher Vocational Education should be guided by industrial competitiveness to enhance its own competitiveness.Higher Vocational Education should take four initiatives which are participating in knowledge and strategic alliance to support the strategic transformation of enterprises,make profession dock industry chain to promote the development of related and complementary industries,cultivate effective mechanism to create high-level production factors,implement demand-driven development model,to form linkage development mechanism with the four key elements of the "diamond model",and ultimately be able to effectively enhance its competitiveness under the guidance of industrial competitiveness.
