The concept of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" was put forward in the national,"13th Five-Year" development strategy plan,which promots the intensification of competition and cooperation among the industries.The coordinated development of E-commerce and express industry is the win-win foundation of the network economy and real economy.Business model,platform efficiency,credit management has always been the key issue in the field of E-commerce logistics.The sharing economy provides a new way about problem solving,which redefines supply and demand in terms of Internet thinking and creates greater value by the business model using rather than having.Based on the background,this paper takes the express logistics industry as research object.This paper studies the cooperative development mechanism of E-commerce and express logistics,the credit mechanism of"PtoS" mode and the operating mechanism of "PtoS" mode by using the theories of synergetics,business model,network credit and system dynamics.The Low-carbon development model of express delivery enterprise was simulated,which verified the low-carbon operation strategy of "PtoS" mode under the ecological environment.The specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,through the research on the collaborative development mechanism of E-commerce and express logistics service system,the theory of "PtoS" mode is advanced,and the theory of coordinated development of E-commerce and express logistics service is perfected.Secondly,this paper proposes a "PtoS" platform express mode,which reconstructs the traditional courier service flow.The concept of "PtoS" model is defined.The features are analyzed.The constituent elements and the top-level architecture are designed.It provides theoretical guidance for platform express operation.Thirdly,the network credit mechanism of "PtoS" mode is studied,which is the guarantee of the actual operation of this model.By drawing lessons from the problems and experiences of the network credit encountered by the network retailing in the past,the network credit theory frame based on service is summed up,which provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the service industry.Fourthly,based on the premise of trust,this paper constructs the "PtoS" platform expressive ecosystem conceptual model.The participants of the platform need to follow the operating mechanism,including self-organization mechanism;network-driven mechanism;dynamic coupling mechanism;and the coordination mechanism.At last,the author gives the practical guidance on the layout of intelligent courier box.Finally,apply the system dynamics theory to study the inherent mechanism of low-carbon operations.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway as example,this paper studies the influence of passenger traffic,energy consumption per hundred kilometers of courier vehicles,mileage and other factors on the carbon savings of express enterprises,which provides low-carbon operation and decision-making guidance for courier companies.In this paper,the innovation mainly is embodied in the following four aspects:(1)Based on synergetic theory of order parameter,the paper builds a model of evaluating the degree of synergetic development between E-commerce and express logisticsEmpirical research and theoretical explanation is given.(2)Put forward a new "PtoS" platform express service modeApply the thinking of "Internet +" to reconstruct the traditional express business progress.The definition of "PtoS" mode is gived in this thesis.Using the theory of business mode to build "PtoS" mode and design the top architecture,then the thesis gives the further study on its operation mechanism.(3)Constructing "PtoS" model's network credit theory frameworkIt provides theoretical guidance and practical reference for the network credit problem encountered in the process of deep integration between service industry and "Internet +".(4)Use system dynamics theory to establish the low carbon linkage model of the "PtoS"modeThis paper studies the internal mechanism of low-carbon express development model,and explores the driving factors of carbon emission savings in "PtoS" mode,and provides countermeasures and suggestions for the sustainable development of express industry.
