From 2013,China's carbon emissions trading started a new exploration,have launched seven carbon trading pilot.However,the progress of carbon market construction is slow and the government's low carbon policy was implemented ineffectively and low participation of enterprises.It's mainly caused by the lack of carbon market operation mechanism,and then participants in the carbon market system is not able to coordinate with each other,and the synergy degree is low.Therefore,we should study the structure and elements of the carbon market fully from the perspective of system and a complete whole.And we should analyze coordination development level of the carbon market system and the interaction degree between each subsystem.On that basis,we make some suggestions on synergy in the evolution of carbon market system to promote the stable and orderly development of China's carbon market.Firstly,this paper analyzed the structure,type and composition factors of the carbon market from the perspective of complex system,found that the carbon market system is a big macro system.There is a wide range of complex transactions and principal transactions system,and the supply,demand and prices for the three elements is the focus of most attention in the carbon market trading activities.Therefore,this paper choose the supply,demand and prices as the main factors to divide the carbon market system into three part of supply subsystem,demand subsystem and transaction subsystem.And build a structural model of the carbon market system,to mainly study the co-evolution between the supply,demand and trading subsystems.Secondly,the paper determined the order parameter of the three subsystems for China's carbon market based on the literature review and the actual operating conditions of the carbon market and use entropy weight method to determine the influence coefficient of each order parameter.Then based on the synergetic theory and gray system theories this paper builds carbon market system synergy degree model and dynamic coordination model;At last,the paper used synergy degree model quantified evaluate the internal degree of order of each subsystem and the overall system's coordinated development level for China's carbon market.Using dynamic coordination model analyzes the main influence factors in the process of carbon market cooperative coevolution and the size of the degree of interaction between each subsystem,thus it is concluded that the carbon market system in the collaborative development of our country need to establish operational mechanism,can be reference for the decision of relevant government departments of the theoretical basis and policy suggestions.
