| In recent years,food quality and safety accidents have occurred frequently in all parts of China,and other countries in the world have also encountered severe food quality and safety challenges.On the one hand,the food enterprises have the natural product information superiority compared with the government supervision department and the food consumers,so the enterprises may make illegal production and transactions accordingly.On the other hand,there are asymmetric information in every node of the food supply chain,which also increases the difficulty of information communication and coordination among all food node enterprises.The practice experience of many developed regions(or countries)in the world shows that food supply chain traceability system can record and share all kinds of food information completely,thus becoming an effective way to improve food quality and safety.The first pork supply chain traceability system was established in China and in 2004,and the construction of other food supply chain traceability system began to develop,and the theoretical research and practical application of it flourished.Because the food supply chain traceability system involves more node enterprises,each node enterprise characteristics and requirements are different,so how to evaluate the various node enterprises and food supply chain traceability system’s comprehensive performance has become the key task of promoting China’s food supply chain traceability system construction level and improving the quality and safety of food supply.In view of the fact that there is little research on the performance evaluation of the traceability system in the food supply chain,therefore,one of the problems to be solved is to construct the evaluation index system of traceability system of food supply chain,and to evaluate the comprehensive performance of traceability system of food supply chain effectively.This dissertation takes the food supply chain traceability system comprehensive performance appraisal as the research object,taking pork food as a sample,this dissertation constructs the index system of traceability system performance evaluation of pork food supply chain,analyzes the sensitivity of each evaluation index to the comprehensive performance,and puts forward a fuzzy comprehensive performance evaluation model based on Grey correlation and analytic hierarchy process.Based on the above evaluation indexes and models,the performance evaluation of pork supply chain traceability system is carried out,and some suggestions for improving the comprehensive performance of food supply chain traceability system are obtained.The main content and innovation contribution of this dissertation research include the following five points:Firstly,this dissertation constructs preliminarily the performance evaluation Index system of traceability system of food supply chains.Based on the research results of current system performance evaluation,combining with the subject and object analysis of the performance evaluation of traceability system,this dissertation constructs preliminarily the performance evaluation Index system of the traceability system of pork food supply chain by means of the improved balanced scorecard based on causality analysis which includes 4 levels of indicators,18 two-level indicators,85 three-level indicators from Finance,traceability system construction and management,food quality assurance,sustainable development four dimensions.Secondly,this dissertation studies the dimensionality reduction of the performance evaluation Index system of food supply chain traceability system.The evaluation index system is based on the feasibility of the research evaluation Index on the comprehensive performance sensitivity analysis.With the least square method as the index sensitivity analysis model,this dissertation analyzes the sensitivity of four dimension evaluation indexes to the final comprehensive performance,then merges the similar indexes with lower sensitivity and better stability,in order to simplify the system structure of Evaluation Index,reduce the number of evaluation indicators,achieve improved performance evaluation accuracy.After testing the rationality and validity of the evaluation index,a comprehensive performance evaluation index system of the traceability system of pork food supply chain with 4 indexes,9 two level indexes and 26 three level indexes was constructed.Thirdly,this dissertation constructs a comprehensive performance evaluation model for the traceability system of pork food supply chain.This dissertation adopts Grey correlation method and fuzzy membership function in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of AHP,gives full play to the advantages of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in evaluating the dynamic,real-time and ambiguity multi-index complex system,and also overcomes the rigid evaluation of the model when fuzzy membership degree is established,designs a two-stage fuzzy evaluation procedure based on integrated fuzzy multi-level evaluation and gray-level fuzzy evaluation,and proposes a new system performance evaluation model.Fourthly,this dissertation evaluates the comprehensive performance of the traceability system of pork food supply chain.The dissertation uses a representative and comparable two pork traceability system as sample data,evaluates the comprehensive performance of pork traceability system by using the evaluation index system after dimension reduction and the evaluation model.Fifthly,this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures of improving the performance of food supply chain traceability system.According to the performance evaluation and analysis results of this dissertation,based on the analysis of the problems in the traceability system of food supply chain in our country,this dissertation proposes measures to improve the comprehensive performance of the traceability system of food supply chain from three aspects of government supervision,food supply chain node enterprises and consumers. |
