The process of urbanization has promoted the development of the construction industry.With reference to the supply chain management mode in the industrial production,the supply chain management of the construction industry has gradually developed into a new management model.In recent years,the green concept has penetrated into all walks of life,the construction and development of the construction industry has become one of the effective ways to change the operation of the green supply chain,and the performance evaluation of green supply chain has become the focus of attention.At present,the domestic scholars from different angles on the issue of construction research is still relatively small,exploration and practice of green supply chain is often ahead of theoretical research.Therefore,this paper will explore the theory of green supply chain performance evaluation methods,and provide reference for the development of green supply chain.Based on the construction of green supply chain as the research object,on the basis of the relevant theory are introduced,according to the existing building supply chain performance evaluation literature,analysis of the existing evaluation index system,and based on the selection principle of evaluation index,establishing supply chain operation based on the 3D conceptual model of performance evaluation of strategic objectives and green performance,from the model summarizes the performance index system;The index weights given by entropy method,using grey clustering analysis to the overall evaluation of the green supply chain performance,on this basis,through the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to construct thegrey clustering model and further,from different angles on the refinement of the performance evaluation results,so as to provide improvement and optimization strategies for the construction of performance evaluation of green supply chain.The feasibility and effectiveness of the combined model is demonstrated through empirical research,and a feasible method of building green supply chain performance evaluation is constructed.
