Study On Performance Evaluation System For Tntegrated Supply Chain

Supply chain performance evaluation also named implement evaluation or performance evaluation,is to investigate the result of the implement of SCM. The performance evaluation of integrated supply chain is not only the foundation of realizing supply chain optimization and valid motivation, but also is an important part of SCM. The traditional SCM performance evaluation usually lays emphasis on evaluating the performance of single business enterprise, and the unique or main standard of evaluating is finance information. It is obvious that the traditional evaluation method and idea concerning individual business enterprise is already not suitable to the request of supply chain, the supply chain and the research of its evaluations seemed to be increasing important.To ensure the health and continual development of SCM ,we must establish scientific and complete performance evaluation of SCM. This paper put forward the performance evaluation systems based on integrated supply chain.The thesis studies the basic theory of the supply chain management and the evaluation theory of the supply chain management based on the research on present condition between domestic and international supply chain research ,combining the characteristics of the business enterprise performance evaluation, elaborating the research background and meanings of the thesis. This article elaborated supply's performance measurement concept, the characteristic, the principle and basic content. Aimed at founding supply chain evaluate system, combing the balanced scorecards ,the key performance index ,established the performance evaluation systems based on integrated supply chain and gave the method and formula of each index. These contents match together, constituted a set of complete gathering supply chain results evaluation system.This thesis is supposed to offer some enlightenments to the healthy development of the local supply chain.
