Heilongjiang Province, State-owned Forest Timber Supply Chain Collaborative Research On Performance Evaluation

In recent years, in the era of the context of the rapid development of science and technology continue to progress and productivity, sustainable development and environmental protection of forest resources to become the focus of world attention. The growing demand for timber has exceeded the forest under the bottom line, improve the operational efficiency of the timber supply chain, reduce the resources in the waste to become one of the most important way to alleviate forest pressure in the timber production process. Supply chain collaboration in recent years, coal, tobacco, iron and steel industry has been a lot of attention and study, and has made a lot of research to help improve their level of operation of the industry. Timber supply chain collabo(?)tion is proposed in the above context, an important part of the timber supply chain collaboration performance evaluation as the timber supply chain collaboration concerns are also increasing.Performance Evaluation of timber supply chain collaboration mainly in three aspects: First, the Construction of Evaluation Index System; evaluation model; evaluation method of choice. This paper first describes the domestic and international supply chain Collaborative Research, and theories are outlined. And collaboration needs of the timber supply chain in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed. Finally, according to the actual operation of the construction principle of the timber supply chain performance evaluation index system and the timber supply chain in Heilongjiang Province, through the comparison and analysis of coal, tobacco, steel and other industries, the establishment of a collaborative performance evaluation index system to adapt to the characteristics of the timber industry;fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of thinking to build a multistage dynamic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the introduction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation of law; end, select the state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province, to conduct an empirical analysis for the study sample for the evaluation results presented a reasonable choice of the member companies to establish a fair and equitable distribution of benefits, and enhance team learning, and other measures to make up the shortfall, to improve the performance level of the timber supply chain.
