Study On REDD+ Fairness And Justice Under The View Of Marxism Theory

Since the industrial civilization,there are increasing contradictions between nature and human beings.In order to promote the solution to the problem,REDD+ is put forward by the international community.It becomes the focus and discussion attention of the world as an important mechanism to slow climate change that reducing greenhouse gas emissions from deforestation and forest degradation in developing country.However,by the nature of the capitalist society and the impact of market economy,it will inevitably produce the problem of fairness and justice in the REDD+ operation.But only a few scholars have paid attention to this problem at present.Most people are guided and misled by public opinion,and don't recognize the essence of REDD+ fairness and justice problem.Marxism theory could reveal the overshadowed REDD+ fairness and justice problem,guide people to set up correct view of fairness and justice,and help people understand this problem scientifically and solve it effectively.It is the main purpose of our study.REDD+ can be found fairness and justice problem between generations and generations,as well as procedures and results.The reasons for the problem of REDD+ fairness and justice are complex.The root cause is class contradiction.In the new situation of economic globalization,class contradictions still exist.The new change of capitalism can not solve the class contradiction fundamentally.On the contrary,it deepens the contradiction.Under the cover of a fair and reasonable market mechanism,it is the developed countries' disguised exploitation to the developing countries,and reflects the nature of capital exploitation and the unfairness of the capitalist mode of production.The bourgeoisie's plunder of the proletariat in the world is the core reason for the problem of REDD+ fairness and justice.Secondly,the subjective reason for REDD+ fairness and justice is lack of correct view of fairness and justice.The concept of justice of Marxism is a scientific view of fairness and justice.But the view of REDD+ fairness and justice is lead by the value orientation of the bourgeoisie at present.It makes the seemingly perfect mechanism cover up the exploitation and plunder in a new situation of the bourgeoisie to the proletariat essentially.Once again,the objective reason for the problem of REDD+ fairness and justice is that transnational capital generates capital violence.Transnational capital and transnational corporations have control effect on world economy.Its greed and incontinence have allowed developed capitalist countries to constantly plunder the resources of developing countries.And REDD+ provides new opportunities and forms for developed countries to plunder resource from developing countries.Finally,the immediate cause of the problem of REDD+ fairness and justice is its own limitations,REDD+project has subjectivity and coerciveness in the management system construction.The construction of legal system needs to be improved.At the same time,the standardization and stability of REDD+ project operation procedure need to be strengthened.Its financing mechanism program execution efficiency is low.The limitations of these projects directly lead to the issue of REDD+ fairness and justice.It is the inevitable requirement of ecological civilization construction to solve REDD+fairness and justice problem with Marxism theory.It is also the subjective demand to solve REDD+ moral problem.It not only affects the REDD+ ethics system objectively,but also decides REDD+ ethical practice in real.In addition,it is the active demand to achieve fairness and justice dealing with the ecological crisis.Realizing REDD+ fairness and justice should adhere to the guiding ideology of Human Destiny Community,closely centre on the strategic position of Common Development and the value judgment of Fairness and Justice,follow the basic principles of innovation,coordination,green,open-minded and sharing,and promote the realization of REDD+ fairness and justice with developmental Marxism theory.
