Research On Development Path Of Inner Mongolia Geological Exploration Industry And Development Strategy Of Geological And Mining Group

Global economic and resource situation is facing a major turning point.The implementation of the spirit of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has put forward new requirements for geological survey work.The adjustment of geological exploration and change of industrial structure,the rise of strategic minerals,and the implementation of scientific and technological innovation strategy will continue to expand the space for geological exploration.The new situation poses great challenges to China's geological prospecting work,and it also brings brand-new development and opportunities for the adjustment and transformation of the industrial structure of geological prospecting.At the present stage,it is particularly critical to seek and explore development strategy of the transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting and also better to transform resource advantages into economic advantages in Inner Mongolia.On the basis of referring to the existing research work,this paper combines the current global and domestic geological exploration situation,the present situation of mineral resources and their exploration,development and utilization in Inner Mongolia,and the present situation of geological exploration industry in Inner Mongolia.In terms of transformation and upgrading path and power of geological prospecting industry in Inner Mongolia,this paper makes exploratory research.A new economic system of geological prospecting is proposed and designed.The new economic system of geological prospecting is an organic whole composed of the interrelations of various links in the economic activities of geological prospecting.The path of transformation,upgrading and development of geological prospecting industry in Inner Mongolia is to establish a new geological prospecting economic system,which includes geological prospecting industrial system,green development and external geological prospecting.The geological prospecting industry system is to establish a geological prospecting industry system with industrial management,specialized subdivision and enterprise management.Enterprise management is to vigorously develop the real economy,and to build the real economy is to set up a geological and mineral group company.The geological and mineral group company adopts the strategy of integration of exploration and development,large geology and cross-border geology.It is also discussed that the implementation of geological cross-border strategy is the derivation of transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting industry and the supplement of real economy.Creativity has established the dynamic index system of transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting industry.The driving force of transformation and upgrading of geological prospecting industry is the innovation driving force of the real economy.To realize the innovation driving force is to create an efficient organization and management control system,perfect human resources system,sound geological prospecting financial mechanism,vibrant cultural construction and scientific and technological innovation mechanism.Based on this,the dynamic index system of transformation and upgrading is constructed,which includes 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators and 30 third-level indicators.The first and second indicators are the criterion level,and the third indicators are the scheme level.The purpose of the transformation and upgrading is to realize the new economy of geological exploration.The new economy of geological exploration is based on the characteristics of the basic,strategic and public welfare of the geological prospecting industry,combined with the characteristics of the new economy,including the big data,the Internet + and the intellectualization.
