Strategy Of Geological Prospecting Industry In Southern Fujian

GPI is short for geological prospecting industry,which is the fundamental industry of the national economy.Traditional geological prospecting industry is also called the elementary industry,leading the main occupation of mining industry,which focuses on exploring for minerals.The newly-emerging geological prospecting industry mainly serves for the ecological construction,covering a wide range of agricultural geology,marine geology,hydrology,engineering,environmental,geological disaster assessment and management.Under the profound background of the current economic downturn in the global mining industry,the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has built an ecological civilization into the"five in one"construction and carried out the supply-side and structural reforms in Fujian province.Geological prospecting industry as a whole is now facing the transformation and upgrading.On the one hand,due to the limitation of land area,the level of difficulty of resource exploration is eager to find a way out.On the other hand,southeast coastal areas,especially southern Fujian,which suffers disasters every year,such as the threat of typhoons and heavy rains.As for the sake of government and people,southern Fujian geological industry development is the very demand to advance the geological science prospecting.But how?This article demonstrates the four major characteristics of geological exploration industry,that is industrial fundamentality and itself particularity,product technical service and the limitations of mineral resources and industry development trend of history.On the basis of investigation and study on the current situation of geological exploration industry in southern Fujian region,especially on seven main geological exploration units,the industry status is basically seen through.This article also analysis through macro PEST,medium potter five,microcosmic environment of SWOT to provide effective technical support and be the adaptive geological exploration industry for the sake of state,society and human,and to fulfill the strategic targets of implementing green exploration development,the major geological development and big data development.This article also combines three aspects in basic,extended and expanding value to focus on the industry strategic development in"geology,geological+I?industry?,geological+I+N?network?".To ensure the implementation of the strategy,this article obtains from upgrading the hard and soft power.One way is to strengthen the hardware base through arranging system of geological exploration units,the reasonable organization setup,policy support and operating mechanism.Another way is to develop cultural soft power to promote the geological exploration industry in southern Fujian region.In the face of more and more severe situation and the urgent demand of the industrial transformation after 18^th CPC National Congress,it is the very time to do strategic research on geological exploration industry in southern Fujian region.At the same time,this article conducts intensive study on geological exploration industry in southern Fujian region by applying the related management principles to on-the-spot investigation.To some extent,this article provides clear and effective references for the industry development in southern Fujian,as well as in other regions,to recognize the market condition and its situation.
