In recent years,the state-owned geological prospecting institutional units have carried out the classified reform of public institutions.As far as the current reform is concerned,most regions have not issued matching policies,and their reform progresses are different and their modes are diverse.At the stage of geological prospecting institutional units' operation,it is still a "two track system"-a mixture of business and enterprise,and without public funds.It is characterized by one industry oriented and diversified development,similar industrial structure,serious overcapacity,lack of core competitiveness.Compared with the past,there is no qualitative change.The domestic economy is growing slowly influenced by the world economic downturn and national economic structure adjustment.Due to the falling demand for mineral resources and energy,the geological prospecting industry enters the transition period from fast to slow.The geological prospecting industry has excess capacity,unreasonable structure,and the number of projects has declined sharply,the mineral exploration structure has changed significantly.The profound adjustment in the investment structure,the professional structure,and the regional layout has been continued.The main business of geological prospecting industry with obvious industry periodicity falls into a state of continuous downturn,which makes the survival and development of that industry face new huge difficulties and challenges.There is still a gap between the current situation of geological prospecting industry and the requirements of comprehensively deepening reform of the country.The target task has not been completed,and it needs to be further promoted.Further industrial transformation and upgrading is imminent.Taking HK geological prospecting company as an example,this dissertation starts with its development status and existing problems,and makes a systematic analysis on its internal and external environment in order to formulate a reasonable strategic development plan.First of all,this dissertation introduces the domestic and foreign enterprise strategy and transformation and upgrading research status,and expounds related concepts and theories.Secondly,taking HK company as the research object,this dissertation objectively sorts out its internal environment,uses PEST to analyze comprehensively the external operation environment.On the basis of establishing SWOT analysis matrix,it uses internal and external factors evaluation matrix to carry out quantitative analysis of the internal and external environmental factors,and determines that the enterprise should first choose WO-the strategy of industrial transformation and upgrading.Thirdly,through questionnaire and AHP,this dissertation constructs the evaluation index system of the main influencing factors of enterprise industrial transformation and upgrading,and determines that the influencing factors of technological innovation,capital,government,human resources,system and industrial structure are from strong to weak.Finally,on the basis of determining the development strategy and main influencing factors,the dissertation combines with relevant theories,determines the path selection and strategy formulation of HK company's industrial transformation and upgrading,and puts forward the safeguard measures.The study of industrial transformation and upgrading in this dissertation is not only of positive significance for improving the competitiveness in the market and sustainable development,but also of referential value for promoting the development of geological prospecting industry.
