Research On Influencing Factors Of Chinese Economic Reform Based On Information System Evaluation

This study uses the directed graph method to describe internal and external environmental factors which affect Chinese macroeconomics.It uses the Webpage Ranking Algorithm to analyze the importance of positive and negative weights of Chinese economic reform process’s envirement factors,and then studies the reform and opening up under "new normal" to determine and achieve factors that need attention.The main research results of the thesis are:(1)Propose a method for evaluating the positive and negative effects of environmental factors based on Content Context Process Framework(CCP)which is an information system evaluation Framework.Research’s method depends on CCP framework’s envirement representation and classification(internal and external factors).In order to obtain a directed graph,the environment factors of the CCP framework must be linked with each other.The complexity of external and internal factors relations in directed graph will give a directed metagraph at the end.(2)Depend on previous obtained metagraph and its mathematics functions to calculate the weight of positive and negative effects for macroeconomic envirement factors.The used algorithm is based on graph theory.The vertices of each graph represent envirement factors,and the edges between the vertices represent the relationship between environmental factors.First,generate an incidence matrix based on the obtained meta-graph,then calculate the transition probability matrix from the meta-graph incidence matrix,and finally calculates the weight of each factor by using WebPage Ranking Algorithm.The results of the model include tangible and intangible effect aspects together.Envirement factors’ weight can help decision makers to identify the most favorable and most negative factors.(3)In response to China’s three major goals of expanding domestic demand,maintaining growth and restructuring,research proposes a reform optimization strategy under Chinese economic "New Normal".First,starting by determination of goal and criteria and sub-criteria of reform process under economic "New Normal" to construct Analytic Network Process(ANP),and then calculate the super-matrix which provides optimal decisions and choices for reform and opening process under economic "New Normal".In order to ensure the smooth progress of reform and opening process,obtained results of analysis will help to identify factors that need attention and give relevant strategies and treatments without risks.
