The emission of carbon dioxide caused by the human activity is one of the important causes of global warming.The reduced emission of carbon dioxide is a critical countermeasure to prevent the climate change and maintain the human's development.China as the world's largest emitter of carbon dioxide has actively carried out the action about the reduced emission of carbon dioxide,which not only alleviates the strategic choice of its own resource constraints,but also reflects the important image as a responsible big country.It is confirmed that the technological progress is the key to reduce the emission of carbon dioxide.Based on the theoretical research and practical investigation,the energy production technology targeted at optimization of energy structure and raising the proportion of clean energy consumption and the energy utilization technology targeted to improve the energy efficiency and enhance the level of comprehensive utilization,have become the key technological means to promote the China's reduced emission of carbon dioxide.However,the technology as an input of intangible elements in the production system according to the Technology bias theory,may produce the bias due to different scarcity levels.In the process of Chinese reduced emission of carbon dioxide,whether can the energy production technology and the energy utilization technology as the two heterogeneous technologies produce the bias due to different scarcity levels?What impact can the features of biased technological evolution have on China's future emission of carbon dioxide? How can we better promote the progress of two kinds of technologies to reduce emissions,thus speeding up the process of reducing carbon dioxide emissions in China? An in-depth exploration into these problems is of great practical significance to reasonably estimate the effect of technological reduced emission and formulate the scientific policy of technological reduced emission.In the course of the study,based on literature analysis and theoretical simulation,the mechanism of technological bias in carbon dioxide emission reduction is constructed,and the multiple regression method is used.The bias of energy production technology and energy utilization technology in China's carbon dioxide emission reduction was tested.Considering that the biased technological evolution has thepotential impact on China's future possible trend of carbon dioxide's emission,the article attempts to apply the Monte Carlo Simulation Method to have a prediction of carbon dioxide's emitted trend under the different deviated scenarios.In the meanwhile,On the basis of recognition's restriction on the efficiency factors of two kinds of technologies and the review of China's existing carbon dioxide emission reduction policies,the paper puts forward some suggestions for China's future carbon dioxide emission reduction..It is found theoretically that price effect is the main factor which determines its bias of the energy production technology and the energy utilization technology as the complementary technologies of carbon dioxide's reduced emission.That is to say,China's reduced emission of carbon dioxide may be biased towards the technological elements with the relative scarcity.The tested result also reveals that China's reduced emission of carbon dioxide is technologically biased and is biased towards the relatively scare energy production technology.However,the research further shows that the energy utilization technology's advancement causes the energetic rebounding,thereby offsetting its effect of reduced emission under the background of the forced pressure of carbon intensity assessment.Therefore,China's reduced emission of carbon dioxide,in essence,is biased towards the energy utilization technology.Under the background of biased technological evolution,it is observed that China is likely to achieve the goal of peak emissions by 2030 only through strengthening the further advancement of energy production technology or accelerating the energy utilization technology.The irrationality of inputting structure and insufficient inputting scale of innovative resources are the important reasons for restricting the progress of the two types of technological advancement.However,the unitary policy approach and the lacked concerns about the external environment of technological evolution are also the main factors which constrain the technological progress of carbon dioxide's reduced emission and effect of carbon dioxide's reduced emission.Therefore,based on the MLP social technology evolution model put forward by geels and others,this paper,combined with the main research,found that the growth environment of emission reduction technology was improved,The policy effect of strengthening technology and economic combination and changing consumption pattern have put forward some suggestions on how to reduce carbon dioxide in China in the future.The paper has contributed to the theoretical construction of complementary technology bias,and the subdivision of carbon dioxide emission reduction technology helps to enhance the practical guidancevalue of theoretical research.To promote China's carbon dioxide emission reduction process.
