| The steam of Baosteel chemical industry is supplied by the steam system of Baosteel’s complex,and then transferred to each energy using device.The energy saving work of steam system in Baosteel chemical process operation parameters are cotncentrated in the use of steam energy by means of adjustment and optimization,rarely on the steam system itself for more in-depth analysis and research.Especially with the steam pipe directly in transmission process for the use of step-down energy supplying device;a lot of steam condensed water directly using natural cooling recovery;part can device in the heat exchanger network still has a large optimization space and so on,did not conduct research on improving the utilization efficiency of energy.In this paper,the basic situation and current situation of the chemical steam system in Baosteel are investigated and analyzed in detail,including the types and uses of the steam,the distribution of the pipe network and the steam usage of the main users.Secondly,the principle and application of the main energy saving technologies in the chemical industry are analyzed.Finally,according to the actual situation of steam system in Baosteel chemical,energy conversion,energy utilization,energy recovery of the three links,energy-saving technology,improve the utilization efficiency of steam system,reduce steam consumption,thereby reducing the unit energy cost. |
