For nearly half a century, the natural gas gradually becomes overwhelmed "chief energy" of oil and coal because of its advantages in high calorific value, less environmental pollution, high economic benefit and so on. In order to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of natural gas in the utilization process, gas storage, as a kind of safe gas supplying and peak shaving method, is rapidly developing in the countries all over the world. That conduct of the ground process energy efficiency technology research of gas storage injection-extraction station is good to find out the weak links in energy system, which will provide technical basis for processing and equipment modification, so as to ensure the economic operation of the gas storage.In this paper, the injection-extraction station of Wen96gas storage was studied. On the basis of the summary of the domestic and foreign gas storage injection-extraction stations’ ground process present operation situation and the present application of comprehensive evaluation method, this paper mainly carried out three aspects of research as following:First of all, the energy analysis method and qualitative analysis method were used to analyze the dehydration system and the supercharging system of Wen96gas storage’s injection-extraction station. By establishing the calculation model of energy efficiency of system and the main energy consumption equipment, the ground process system energy efficiency leve was determined.Secondly, through the establishment of the HYSYS simulation model of dehydration system and double heat calculation model of the reciprocating compressor, the quantitative analysis of the energy consumption influence factors of dehydration system and pressurization system of Wen96gas storage’s injection-extraction station was carried out, and the control span of main technological parameter was determined.Finally, based on the principles of constructing the valuation index system, one first-level indicator, two secondary indicators and fifteen three-level indicators of energy efficiency evaluation index system were established. Based on the relevant theory of comprehensive evaluation, the method of combining the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) method to carry on ground process efficiency evaluation of Wen96gas storage’s injection-production station, and the corresponding energy saving measures on the basis energy efficiency analysis were put forward.In this paper, the ground process energy efficiency evaluation of Wen96gas storage’s injection-production station was carried out, which is good to understand the operation situation of ground process system, and to analyze and evaluate the energy efficiency level of ground process system and equipment. This can also provide the basis of production scheduling and operation transformation for gas storage.
