To protect chemical industrial park sewage processing of properly, many chemical industrial park building a centralized sewage treatment facilities in the industrial parkZhangqiu chemical industrial park is mainly developing high-tech, high value-added fine chemical products. Chemical Industrial Park sewage treatment plant (It is the second sewage treatment plant that constructed by Zhangqiu,in order to make difference from the first and the third and planning of the proposed fourth sewage treatment plant, we usually call it the second sewage treatment plant in Zhangqiu, hereinafter referred to as the second sewage treatment plant) is the only a comprehensive sewage treatment plant, the chemical industry park covers an area of 48260 square meters, the construction scale for day 4 cubic, sewage water in the daily production 1 cubic, modified A2/O process+micro flocculation precipitation+ fiber bundle chlorine dioxide disinfection process. The test and operation began in December 2012, However, it has not been into normal operation for the following reasons:Firstly, the original plant in second sewage water accounted for a smaller proportion of sewage treatment, water and poor biodegradability, raw water quality, water fluctuations;Secondly, the second sewage treatment plant without primary sedimentation pool and other facilities, is not conducive to the chemical wastewater mixing regulation, mainly processing section hydraulic residence time is short, the sewage treatment process ability to resist impact load is low.Thirdly, the second sewage treatment plant in-depth processing section filtration in fibre bundle system failure, after treatment of sewage wells filtration in fibre bundle system index not only failed to reduce but often appear increasing trend.This paper aiming at the second sewage treatment plant commissioning by low share of less water, urban domestic sewage is low, the technological impact load capacity and enterprises in the park chemical wastewater emissions and other issues of research, analysis of the second sewage treatment plant transformation process, to the sewage treatment effects of, treatment effect of water quality change, of Chemical Industrial Park sewage treatment plant transformation process design and operation were summarized and researched, Mainly from the following two aspects:One is the investment 3151.18 million yuan, the first sewage treatment plant in front of the entrance to DiaoZhen Xi ring north, the new shop long 20.24km, dn 1000mm reinforced concrete pipeline a, expand the second sewage treatment plant service area, improve the raw water can be biochemical, solve the second sewage treatment plant raw water and sewage in the raw water accounts for the proportion of;Second, investment 1020.22 million yuan to transform the second sewage treatment plant process, the new hydrolysis regulation pool and sedimentation tank, the transformation of the original depth processing system for sand filter, an effective solution to the second sewage treatment plant sewage treatment technology of resistance to impact load is very low.Process transformation total investment of 4829.97 million yuan, second sewage treatment plant new units to make water costs 0.116 yuan/m3.After a year of running second sewage treatment plant daily sewage treatment plant effluent, the average effluent 20.61 mg/l COD, ammonia nitrogen 1.62 mg/l, to achieve a stable discharge standards.
