Coal mine gas explosions keeps being the most serious accidents in coal mine safety production in China. One precautionary measure is to conduct cause analysis on occurred accidents. It's found in pertinent literature over the years that according to unsafe operation of different types' underground work. The decisional influence of senior management on workers at the production line was prioritized.Though lots of approaches were used in the majority of studies, there's no in-depth study on causes of gas explosion either in organizational level or individual level. This article will focus on the further study of causes analysis in the individual level, and retrospect deeper habitual unsafe behavior behind each one-time behavior.Using statistical methods combined with computer software to find out the correlation and interaction between employees' safety work ability, and finally make assumptions based on the results obtained and carry out scientific verification. It offers a specific reference to prevent from coal mine gas explosion accident.(1)The macro law trend chart of 584 accident samples is obtained.According to official accident comment sets and accident reports published by China Coal Industry Publishing House,a complete database of catastrophe and extraordinarily serious(over 10 death toll)gas explosion accidents is established since the founding of new China.By analyzing the results:From the view of time, the high rate of mine gas explosion accidents is in every Dec.,Feb.and March. From the view of space,Therere 117 accidents in Shanxi, taking up the total number 20%;350 in coal mines in villages and towns, taking up 60.3%;and 209 in illegally operated accident mines, taking up 36%of the total number of accident mines;in the 584 accident samples, therere 129 extraordinarily serious gas explosion accidents(with over 30 death toll)),taking up 22.09%of the total number of accidents.(2)A flow chart of cause analysis is constructed,An extraordinarily serious accident is taken as a sample. The 24Model is used to analyze all accident causes,to validate feasibility and applicability of the analytical method,Based on this,a flow chart of cause analysis is constructed, and it works as theoretical foundation and analytical tool.(3)Unsafe individual beha-vior is recognized, the most frequently occurred key unsafe behaviors are found.63 catastrophe and extraordinarily serious explosion accidents from 2007 to 2016 are studied.A total of 76 types of unsafe behaviors are recognized in 63 accident samples, and detailed items of Coal Mine Safety Regulation are listed.By statistics of occurrence frequency of unsafe behaviors,we find 494 times'unsafe behaviors in 76 types, and identify key unsafe behaviors,i.e.unchecked gas operation in violation of regulations(32 times),illegal actions or no ventilation installed(23 times),and over-layer and cross-border mining under illegal command(28 times).(4)Correlation and influence relation among unsafe behaviors are analyzed. The selected Pearson and Spearman correlation analysis shows a significant positive correlation among illegal blasting, inadequate security check, disordered ventilation system management and personnel allocation with management. There're other correlations such as significant positive correlation between illegal blasting and inadequate security check, unexamined inspection equipment, and incomplete well construction system with illegal production. An influence diagram is hereby drawn to show various unsafe behaviors.(5)Causes and frequencies of habitual unsafe behaviors are analyzed and subdivided by indexes.According to the definition of habitual unsafe individual behavior in 24Model,combining with all unsafe behaviors under four levels' indexes in chapter 4,a total of 178 types of habitual unsafe behaviors are identified.Low safety awareness occurred 71 times;poor safety mentality occurred 44 times;insufficient safety knowledge occurred 34 times;poor safety habits occurred 29 times.According to safety operation capability staff should have gained, habitual unsafe behaviors are divided into 14 forms.(6)Correlation of habitual unsafe behaviors is analyzed, and correlation map is drawn.Pearson and Spearman correlation coefficient makes use of STATA 15.0 software to obtain the correlation among habitual unsafe behaviors. For example, chaos and introspective mentality, ego psychology and fluke mind are all in a significant positive correlation.A significant positive correlation lies among fluke mind and self-reliance type, introspective mentality and professional knowledge.Besides, there're other correlation analysis conducted. Then correlation summary map of various factors of habitual unsafety behaviors is drawn.(7)An assumption is proposed to test the correlation between one-time unsafe behavior and habitual unsafe behavior. Then corresponding preventative measures are taken.Based on recognized unsafe behaviors and habitual unsafe behaviors index,chi-square test and SPSS analysis software are used to establish hypothesis testing. The test is on all indexes in unsafe behavior index A and all habitual unsafe behavior index B.All 10 groups of indexes prove the influence of habitual unsafe behavior on the initial status of unsafe acts. They may be hazards of unsafe behaviors.According to the results obtained, the corresponding preventive measures check list is put forward. It provides a scientific basis for safety training scheme to prevent similar accidents.
