In view of the market mechanism-led forest management carbon sink project, the advantages of ecological compensation after the subsidy of returning farmland to forests and the high dependence on the resources of returning farmland to forests are improved, and the project of returning farmland to forests and forest management carbon is promoted. The effective convergence of the exchange project is not only the main way to consolidate and upgrade the achievements of the project, but also the inevitable choice to fulfill the international emission reduction commitment and realize the effective supply of forest carbon sinks. As an important subject of returning farmland to forest project and forest management carbon sink project, farmers will inevitably become an important bridge for returning farmland to forest project and forest management carbon sink project.Whether it is effective in participating in forest management carbon sink project is to consolidate and upgrade the project of returning farmland to forest. The key to achieving effective supply of forest carbon sinks. Therefore,it is of great practical significance to deeply analyze the behavior of returning farmer households to participate in forest management carbon sink projects.Based on the supply behavior theory and mechanism design theory, this paper constructs the behavior analysis framework of the forestry management carbon sequestration project, and analyzes the forest management carbon sink project and REDD+mechanism on the basis of combing and learning from the previous scholars' research. The differences between afforestation and reforestation projects and the project of returning farmland to forests are based on stakeholder theory. The behavioral game between farmers, local governments and project owners under different organizational modes and the optimal behavior pattern selection of farmers in returning farmland are analyzed based on the theory of perceived value. This paper analyzes the formation mechanism of behavioral willingness and the influence of resource endowment, village situation and project system on behavioral willingness.Based on the theory of production factors,it discusses the investment capacity of forest land and labor input and its constraints, based on mechanism design theory from organizational mechanism and incentives. The mechanism and guarantee mechanism have constructed a mechanism for farmers to participate in forest management carbon sink projects. The research conclusions show:(1)The behavior of returning farmer households to participate in forest management carbon sink projects has distinct characteristics.Based on the differences between the forest management carbon sequestration project and the REDD+ mechanism, the afforestation and reforestation project, and the returning farmland to forest project, the behavior of the farmers participating in the forest management carbon sequestration project and the afforestation reforestation project farmers' participation behavior and the returning farmland era returning farmer behavior are significant.difference.(2)The difference in interest appeals leads to the formation of a dilemma between the farmers and local governments and project owners(compulsory promotion,anti-contention participation).Due to the differences in interests between stakeholders in forest management carbon sink projects, the behavioral game of project owners, local governments, and farmers is facing difficulties, adapting to local conditions, and playing the role of intermediary organizations.Local government supervision and regulation are the most involved farmers.Excellent behavior mode.(3)The farmers who are returning farmland are most sensitive to the perception of situational risk and are the key factors for the decision of the farmers to return to the farm. The sensitivity of perceived benefits is in turn, perceived economic benefits > perceived social benefits > perceived ecological benefits, and the perceived sensitivity of risk is perceived as perceived risk > perceived economic risk > perceived psychological risk.Strengthening the management of the negative benefits of ecological derivatives is an important part of further inspiring the willingness of farmers to participate.(4)Resource endowment is the most important factor leading to the difference in the willingness of farmers to participate in forest management carbon sink projects. The impact of the three types of constraints on the willingness of farmers to participate in forest management carbon sink projects is resource endowment constraints > village context constraints > project system constraints. The incentive mechanism for the farmers to participate in the forest management carbon sink project is to enhance the interest perception of the farmers in the forest management carbon sink project and reduce the risk perception. It is an important part of stimulating the effective participation of farmers in the forest by extending the forest chain's carbon credit project interest chain, prioritizing the development of carbon credit property rights, improving the carbon sink property rights system, implementing project contracts, optimizing project public announcement system, and strengthening forest carbon sink knowledge publicity.way.(5)The project system is the most important factor affecting the farmers' ability to participate in the forest management carbon sink project. The impact of the three types of factors on the return of farmland farmers' forest land is the project system constraint >village context constraint > resource endowment constraint. On the basis of meeting the requirements of the carbon trading market,we should appropriately relax the standard setting, relax the project operation management, enhance the skills training, strengthen the construction of the Huimin industry, establish differentiated participation methods for different types of farmers, and realize the separation of forest land input and labor input.Such measures are an important measure to ensure effective ways for farmers to return farmland. The innovation is:(1)Constructing a behavior analysis framework for farmers participating in forest management carbon sink projects.Based on the supply theory and mechanism design theory, and based on the theory of stakeholder, perceptual value theory and production factor theory, this paper constructs an analytical framework for the behavior of returning farmland farmers to participate in forest management carbon sink projects from three aspects: behavioral pattern, behavioral willingness and behavioral ability.Systematic analysis of the behavior of returning farmer households to participate in forest management carbon sink projects(innovation point source: Chapter III).(2)Based on the perceived value, the formation mechanism of the willingness of farmers to return farmland is analyzed.Based on the theory of perceptual value, the subjective value of "benefit outweighs the disadvantages" is used to replace the traditional objective criteria of "returning more than cost" as the basis of behavioral willingness analysis, which makes up for the neglect of psychological factors in the past scholars' behavioral willing research(innovation point source: Chapter III).(3)Based on the embedded social structure theory, the constraints of the behavior of farmers are discussed.Based on the embedded social structure theory, this paper deeply analyzes the constraints of resource endowment and behavioral ability by resource endowment, village situation and project system, and enriches the content of farmer behavior research(innovation point source: Chapter VII,Chapter VIII).
