Strategy And Practice Of Sustainable Development Of China's Petroleum Industry Within The Framework Of Ecological Civilization

With the progress of opening up policy and development of science and technology,ecological environment and industrial structural imbalance caused by aimless development of natural resources has become more and more serious,which indicates the extremely contradictory relationship between natural environment and social development in the process of economic development in China.Petroleum industry,as the pillar of national industrial economy,finds a way to sustainable development within the framework of ecological civilization,and to build up a new pattern of industrial civilization by promoting the coordinated development of politics,economy,culture and ecological civilization,will be one of the most important achievements that people can make to improve their new relationship with natural ecology.Based on case study and comprehensive analysis of potentials of sustainable development in China's petroleum industrial enterprises from the perspectives of natural resources,economic development,energy security,innovative management as well as ecological culture innovation,this dissertation dissects in details of the management process optimization schemes in realizing sustainable development of China's petroleum industry,proposes countermeasures and suggestions on solving the existing problems in this field as well as scientific evidence and technological support.In establishing the sustainable development strategy of green economy,low carbon circular economy and scientific innovation,economic development within the framework of ecological civilization,this dissertation makes a quantitative analysis on the factors affecting the sustainable development of petroleum industry,establishes an evaluation index system for the sustainable development level of China's petroleum industry on the basis of empirical research.In applying the macro-and-micro analysis method and adopting the concepts of sustainable development level and overall sustainable coordinated development level,this dissertation makes an comment on the sustainable development of China's petroleum industry from the perspective of industrial system of China's petroleum,its sub-system of resource,economy,society and ecological environment respectively,probes into the problems existing in the sustainable development of China's petroleum industry,which may consolidate the basis for reasonably utilizing resources,improvingecological environment and promoting the social sustainable development of the economy.Finally,this dissertation puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the sustainable development of China's petroleum industry on the basis of the comments and development trend predicting of sustainable development level,sub-system coordination level.
